Still for sale!

I may be struggling with the link in your OP. Do you own the MS69 1 BTC casascius coin? If so, I'd offer you 1.23 BTCs for it.

For those curious but not necessarily wanting to dive in to your own research:

Malca-Amit provides comprehensive solutions for the secure storage and shipping of precious metals, diamonds, jewelry, fine arts and valuable assets. It is estimated they had around $150M in revenue in 2023.

The USA location shares the same address as BRINK'S GLOBAL SERVICES USA INC. in the  Louisville International Airport.

Another interesting fact is: Global security and logisitics company Malca-Amit, headquartered in Hong Kong, joined the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) in March 2012, and opened a secure precious metals vault near London Heathrow Airport in April 2012. This vault is part of the London Gold Market’s vaulting system and Malca-Amit is a custodian for gold for the London market. Along with fellow security companies Brinks, Loomis and G4S, Malca-Amit’s vault is one of 8 that make up this vaulting system, the other 4 being run by HSBC, JP Morgan, Barclays, and the Bank of England.

To each their own, I personally like that they have much better security than I could justify personally + can ship fully insured globally.

I call bullshit on this!!!  I'd love to know who 4k got to insure the shipping globally?? Roll Eyes

Good enough for Pepe.... good enough for Cas coins Tongue

Going to assume you're trolling lol some interesting easter eggs in the API docs, thanks for the laugh Tongue

I can vault my own coins... thank you.  I shake my head at this every time I see it.

"Here's an NFT for your 650k Cas 10."  -  HARD PASS

I wonder what a nightmare this would be for family members to reclaim what's theirs if the owner dies.

Everything about this is awful.

To each their own, I personally like that they have much better security than I could justify personally + can ship fully insured globally. I have sold a few larger denomination Cas coins before 4K and flying to meet up with someone to transfer them was always pretty stressful.

Re reclaiming, same way that the rest of someone's crypto is recovered in such an event. Vaulted coins are owned by a wallet just like anything else.

Totally willing to withdraw from the vault to a trusted forum escrow and accept payment in BTC if preferred.

Put a few of my Casascius coins up for sale. They have been vaulted and tokenized by 4k.com. They can be purchased via OpenSea and then shipped to you anywhere in the world fully insured. Happy to answer any questions or entertain offers.

Regardless of what you are selling, unless you are accepting BTC for payment, this sales post should be moved to the Alt-coin section

Why would you not tokenize a bitcoin coin on the bitcoin blockchain?

show me a service that does this and I would be happy to.  Smiley

I can also unvault them and ship to a trusted forum escrow and accept payment in BTC, whatever a potential buyer would prefer. Happy to answer any questions or entertain offers.
