Providing real traffic is much valuble to youtube as it tends to punish the ones who wants to cheat the system. I guess you will have to provide sources (like where are you putting those links to which communities etc.) if you want more people to be satisfied with what they got. With relatively cheap prices I tend to believe you are using some kind of bots. Anyway youtube cares more for watch time than views, so can you provide good watch time, like rediregting people that are really interested in the topic video is about.
Thanks for your reply and posting your opinion, The views are real and not bots, Youtube will not record bots visits on videos and they have a very strict criteria for counting views from earlier this year, You can read more details about that here

Our prices are reasonable, The who send fake or crappy traffic would mostly charge 50 cents per 1000 views because the quality of traffic isn't good
The watch time depends on contents of view but every video will get a minimum of 30 seconds view from each visitor , If video is interesting visitors will continue watching it
