If you didnt post each 14 day period , your potential activity doesnt increase just by waiting. If your account is still FM and your posts are higher than the your activity , then there is no potential activity.
Yeah, anyone who buys this should get an escrow like Quickseller to make sure the stats add up. You should post the actual activity because you might be getting confused as to how it works.

Surely it can't be built if you still haven't hit senior. If it can be built go build it to senior then come back. Feb 2014, you could be hero by now if you posted in all the activity periods.

Off topic. But what are the legitimate reasons someone would someone would want to buy this? I could see someone wanting to look legit when putting forward a scam, but otherwise, if someone has a legit product or service, why risk sabotaging it by using a fake account to promote it? Or am I missing something?

+1If it is a Senior account, start would be OK, but this is too high even for BIN.
