I don't know why the change in the series but I know its a different series, my hdd its a hybrid ssd+hdd and yes its used and the standard warranty its 1 year not 3..

You are referring to the ideapad series...
Could you explain why what the serie's code name change, if anything? I'm comparing screen size and individual components. Again;
GPU;
You = GTX 860m
Cheaper retail = GTX 960m
CPU;
You = Gen 4
Cheaper retail = Same level but Gen 6, which is generally 15% better per gen.
Screen size;
Same for cheaper (15 inch) or bigger for your asking price.(17inch)
Same keyboard, mostly the same components for ram, etc.
The only downside is the internal HDD, instead it only has a 256gb SSD. So this account for a 40$ difference. However a SSD is superior imo, but regardless.
And of course, better warranty with retail. Also unused, yours is used.

I'm sorry you are confused about the model we are talking here, my laptop its a Y50-70 ir a not an "old" series lol its still in warranty as I said and a complete different model from the y700 series....

Wrong how? I am using the spec you listed and comparing them to what Lenovo and retailers currently sell (the newer gen is serie 700);

Versus the 700 serie, which has better, newer generation(Gen 6 CPU versus your Gen 4 and 960 GPU vs your 860 GPU) hardware, which is brand new and cheaper than what you are asking. For the price you are asking, you can get a 17 inch screen one, still with better specs.
Did you list the wrong specs? Because you clearly listed 4th gen i7 and GTX 860m GPU. While the one currently for sale, again, cheaper and brand new, has 6th gen a 960m gpu.

No less than 700 and the warranty its for the product regardless of the owner..

In this case the store has it equipped with a i7 6700HQ (2.60 GHz).That is thus 1 generation newer for the GPU and 2 generations newer for the CPU, along with the other extra tidbits. And Your laptop is used, not brand new, afaik, it is not factory sealed?

Well i'm asking, because it did not sound like your laptop was still factory sealed, is it? And 200$ difference for 2 newer gen CPU and 1 newer gen GPU + little extra is pretty rad.
And 3 months warranty vs 3 years, hmm.

I saw you added a WARRANTY tag. How would that work? Warranty rules almost always void warranty for second hand buyers. You need a specific clause that would extend the warranty to as second hand owner, such how the warranty change for second hand EVGA PSU owners.
