What the point of buying someone elses account when you can just start you own?
the reason is the same when people buy upgraded accounts in online games
it takes too much time to improve skills yourself

There are mostly 2 reasons people buy accounts:1. Buy a Sr. or Hero Member account, and then launch a service and win trust of people, and then end up as scamming them.
2. Buy an account for a signature campaign.

Member account not worth it more then 0.03 BTC these days because of less of campaign.
