I have 10$ in my PP account. Can trade them if you want. AS i see a red tag on you i wouldn´t be confortable sending first. I have 3 PP deals and a few goldmoney deals done smoothly.

@onnz423, ☞if you/whoever term this as defrauding, what will you call a registered company (paypal) whose intergrity & act are shattered over the web for not keeping (respecting) the financial rules & regulation when it comes to dealing with client's.
Paypal is bad news everywhere on the web and for some reason people stick to them irrespective of those manipulation's this is because, paypal isone the most & commonly accpetable form of payment on the web.
I'm only providing useful info's to those who intend using this platform on how to bypass/cope with most dubious buyer's on ebay. wow, and i was tag as defrauding a company (paypal) who is suppose to providing the right service to their customer's.
NOTE : Bought from a reputable seller here successfully without any issue. And, i hope to deal with him again in future !!

ideally $30 - $60 but, should not be more than $60
Can send fund as gift with proof of how these fund got into my paypal account. This is a form of guarantee that i'm not going to send money from hacked or stolen account.
*NOTE: In addition to that i'll be sending from balance from my pp account as result of seed payment recieved from an ISP company in the united states on a monthly basis.
