for some reason i couldnt edit my post..guys you must know that the owner change will require a copy of your id that will be sent by YOU to NIC.DO

Nic.do its dominica republic,no you dont need to be dominican,everyone can own a .do domain.you dont even need an adress in dominica,but ownner changes require a a scaned copy of the id of tthe new owner.
