I think we have seen more than enough evidence pointing out that the people behind exchangeinstant.com are scammers, therefore i decided to tag them and also create a newbie/guest flag so that more people do not fall victims if they care to first look around

Please support/oppose flag: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=944
There's also a complain made on reddit yesterday about the exchange in subject which proof they indeed scam their user. But, honestly I wonder why people choose to use such exchange site which is glaring to scam and too cheap.

Supported this flag also, though I'm afraid it won't have any effect. User exchangeinstant come here, post two posts something about verification and ask to withdraw scam accusation. After that he disappeared, he is probably not interested in the reputation here.
Unfortunately, his address received 0.91171526 BTC until now, not a small amount of money.

You should be aware that there are lots of scams here in crypto. Your knowledge is your only guide to keep your funds safe. I don't why guys like you get always scammed from these new websites, a simple google will save you lot if you do.

I can second that. He just scammed me around $16

These people are thieves. This scammer stays online, available for online chat so you figure he's available to do business but don't fooled, this guy is a crook.
He pretends to convert your bitcoins to different currencies but the moment you send him money, he closes the chat window. You have no screenshot to show just the bitcoin transactions.
Stay away from this idiot.

Hello,

This is Ramesh from ExchangeInstant.com, today a customer brought this post into our notice.
The claim above is totally baseless and most likely by a competitor. We are new in business (just 2 years old) and providing services on a small scale but making sure to satisfy each and every customer. At least the poster could have mentioned a bit larger amount because after investing a lot in SEO one would never risk their website for just $30.
It's a humble request to the concerned staff of this forum to delete this post as it's negatively affecting our legal business, we are ready for any kind of verification if required.

Thank you

Regards,
Ramesh
ExchangeInstant.com

Amount doesn't matter. As long as the accusation has solid proofs present DT will flag the case no matter what. However in this case he has yet to prove this.
There is no need to worry about this thread since there is no solid proof yet. Also mods won't delete this as long as it doesn't breaks any rule.

Thank you for your quick response. As mentioned, we are ready to provide any kind of verification you need, as I can read the conversation you asked for evidence from that person but he didn't respond, I think no one should be allowed to bad mouth anyone without solid proof.
I asked to delete the post only because when someone Google our domain, this post is among the top and customers only read the title, they don't care or have time to read the whole conversation, I hope you can understand this situation now as it can badly affect our business. At least if the title can be converted into question/question mark, so the visitors will open this website to read the facts.

Thank you

Regards,
Ramesh

https://www.exchangeinstant.com is a scammer exchange site.

i sent him 30$ bitcoin for 30$ paypal and he scammed me.

its just a little amount i dont care but i just want to warn to other innocent peoples please dont use his site.

https://www.exchangeinstant.com is ripper and scammer.

You need to post more evidence. I can believe in your words, but without proof, it is nothing than only your words.

According to https://www.similarweb.com. In the month of May Most of the website's traffic originated from Ghana of which it was still ranked 58,537th in that country  Grin

Yeah, but globally rank is 19million +. They have very low website traffic, it is around 5-10 visitors daily max. Probably all visitors coming from Ghana

well his site was online support and i paid on online support and then immediately i got banned from support lol

scammer bitcoin address : https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/18XikyKs2uc1AcWQD5XkQsk6pCfKRvMsjm?offset=0&filter=6

Can you also post a screenshot of chat where they gave you this address: 18XikyKs2uc1AcWQD5XkQsk6pCfKRvMsjm

This will make this scam report solid.

bro check out on google ...there is no scam report founded and i think peoples who got scammed they never do effort for make scam report against him
If you haven't found a scam report, ok... then have you found a positive report? I don't think so, and here is the moment a person should ignore such site IMO.

but i did now i hope next innocent user will be safe from those scammers
Thanks again... much appreciated... sorry, you had to pay for it.

@Logfiles
I tried to check the global serp of exchangeinstant.com for some certain keywords.
I found only 3 keywords has ranked to 44,49,56 and rest is not even near to top 100 positions. The tool I used is free, so the result might not be 100% accurate.

From my location (not global), I performed some searches with some keywords, I found some good blog articles and also found other good exchangers on keywords like "how to convert bitcoin to paypal", "bitcoin to paypal".
The posts are on the first page, so I don't need to go and check several more pages. Imo first page can solve a person's query.

So with the serp position of 44,49,56 the site most probably is shown on 4th & 5th page if I'm not wrong. I don't find a reason why someone should go that far...

There may be some other reasons why we see such kind of incidents very often. Maybe Psychological, clickbait, low fees trap, what else?  Roll Eyes

No scam report but lack of decent reviews but still, you used it? I don't know how in the world you encounter the site.

I have seen lots of newbies will make complaints here on a not popular site. You guys already know how to post here in the forum, in the right section, but never bother to ask it here first about a certain site's review. Scam should be avoided. Anyways hope you learn your lesson.

Yes, it's kind of destroying the site's reputation if no such strong proof has given. It's unfair.

However, looking at the whole picture of the site, "words" are enough for users to consider staying away from the site.

It's been a while I'm looking for an answer to how peoples find out the non-famous, low to zero reputation platforms... Those scam sites must have been using any sort of marketing tactics to reach the naive users.
Probably just through googling and using any site that pops up from the result without even caring about whether they are scammers or not.
My guess is OP might have just google searched "how to convert bitcoin to paypal"

According to https://www.similarweb.com. In the month of May Most of the website's traffic originated from Ghana of which it was still ranked 58,537th in that country  Grin

100% of the websites traffic was coming in through searches

That's how OP fell into a trap and lost money

So may I know how do you end up to that site and became a victim? And have you looked for reviews/reputation of that site before you sent the money?

Thanks for the warning.
