WHy registration is needed to cast vote? It make sense registration is needed to prioritized the faucets but why even voting for faucet is not working as guest? And don't know how to visit the faucets listed in your list, or it also need us to be registered?
First of all, you are right about list we just open our list for our guest. But rating faucet is not same and we need to trust our voters for that registration is really needed.
Trust voters? Are there faucet elections going on that i am not aware of?
Links from your faucet list are only redirecting to page with info's about faucets, and you already have that info in table. It doesn't make any sense.

And about the votes, maybe you can try a system that users can create their own rank, it will avoid vote cheat and user can decide if they want to put the big timmer or smallers on the top and things like that...
