www.hashprofit.com and yes there far more legit than pb mining in my opinion.You can buy with btc or profit coin and usually running promos. I have been with them since August and had no probs and during office hrs they reply to emails in about 20 mins.The HQ is in Cyprus and the data centres are in Moscow.

Not sure. I heard their data centers are in small Siberia towns, where rent (and electricity) is cheaper and weather works like one big cooler.
