Without skills in selling/advertising the chances you'll catch paying players join by your ref link are pretty small. It's that "attraction power" you don't know how to quantify Wink

Because if you get nobody join by your ref link, then you have been working for free after all...

May I suggest you to use https://icobench.com/ ?
They have all ICO's listed and you can browse them by type, also you will find some useful information about ico's and ratings.
As I can see, at the moment there are 40+ ongoing ICO's for gambling sites, do some research about them and look for their bounty in bounty section.

Yes affiliates program is really good thing to have but if only they paid for it, I saw few sites have problems abou this thing, they are not making their affiliates program good enough and that is why they losing many players. But what it have to do with skills or luck? I do not think affiliates is depends on these, regardless you must have something like power to attract them sign up under your link and wagered but big whale never do this thing

At least three Bitcoin casinos I know of have signature campaigns... That's still considered part of bounty programs last I checked. Nothing to do with raising funds but still the same concepts of marketing, raising awareness and promotion. Look at the signature of the people who responded here. There's an example.

Also, new casinos generally have bug bounties, seen some good coders get nice tips for locating exploits in the casino.

Why the specific interest in casino bounties?

Bounties do usually comes out when theres an ICO which they wouldnt really need to have those things when they are already operating.If you do mean about those things like getting some percentage of overall profit then it would really just act that you are an investor but well its a different story. For now theres no such thing exist like on what you seek for. There might be some promotions or programs which do give bounties but usually on security matters, it would depend on what they do need.
