When searching include the word "scam" on your search bar for example "XAItoken-Sale Scam" you are more like to come up with scam accusation from this forum or negative reviews on trust pilot at the top reported by other people

GREED got to the better of me, 200% bonus!!! and I am a few thousand dollars poorer. I might as well share my expensive lesson here.

I ignored the rather stringent requirement that only 1 transaction per person. Never mind the price per token was >200 x;

What can I say, the site appear to work smoothly until I swapped my ETH for xait61 token. The message keep saying " awaiting for deposite". The 24/7 service support chat replied and asked for my tag, explaining that after confirmation, that the ETH to xait61 swap limit had been reached, but I can still do BTC to xait61 swap, and would give me an additional 20%.

When I went to the site again, the time to close is still 2hour & 30+min still counting down !!! Huh!
The You tube with the link is now gone removed just a few minutes ago " for violating YouTube Term's of Service".

This is indeed a new scam site, and it is 19 days old [WhoIs]. As for xAI, it is a new company founded by Elon Musk in July 2023, and its official website is [This] - [Twitter].

Considering the official company's Timeline, they have not launched any tokens yet. All xAI projects and tokens with the ticker $xAI are not affiliated with Elon’s new company. They are just exploiting the hype, and many of them are trying to scam investors. Therefore, verifying official sources and conducting research is important to avoid falling victim to fake pre-sales and scam sites. Thanks, @OP.

Some evidence to support your claims would be helpful, beyond just sharing a link to their website and an explanation of what you saw. While we can't take any action like tagging&flagging since they are not advertising here, providing this information would allow people to form their own opinions on the matter.

With that being said, it looks like just another moneygrab copy/paste AI project.

What happened:

I saw a post of someone complaining they sent $1800 in USDT to this site, but they said they don't accept USDT. Whoever is behind this presale asked the investor to send ETH under the pretext that USDT wasn't accepted by the presale. They also claimed that the funds would be returned within 7 hours. So far, the XAI presale team has not returned the deposit. They're promoting the token, claiming investors could make 100X.

Another victim wrote they were lured to invest because influencers were promoting the presle.
