So i think you can safely ignore that payment
But if itsreally bugging you out you can always contact their support

What do you mean didn't paid yet? Well I don't think they will deliver the coins if you haven't paid yet. BTW, I think you can contact their suport and explain them what you want to happen.

Do you still want the coins to be in your wallet? or not? If you want them yours then you really are obligued to pay.
