This controller is #171 of 250. It's only been opened to confirm the number, never been used. As far as I can tell there's only one other for sale, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Xbox-360-Collector-039-s-Edition-Tron-Legacy-Orange-Controller-144-250-Ultra-Rare-/122235307544, but it has a $500 price tag. $400 is my price and it's a steal compared to that!
