What they offer can't be legit so we can call them another scam lending platform with big promises but actually they are out there to run away with whatever bitcoin they will get from newbies who have dream to make passive income.

Pay with a PayPal balance or PayPal credit.
This is enough for me to call them another scam.

Paypal doesn't support bitcoin related transactions and what they are claiming can't be real. When paypal will find this out they will instantly block all accounts connecting to this site that may include your paypal account.

So be careful, i haven't tried them personally but have heard about that name few times in past too.

Definitely a scam, they're promising instant payouts.  They just found a less obvious way to phrase it so that it looks a bit different.

Why would anyone take a loan that they pay back instantly?
I would be extremely cautious about any kind of bitcoin investment that is fresh, we have had many sites (hyip/cloudmining) that were alive for 2 years, and after that period of time it has turned out that they are ponzi or just a regular scams.
The same thing is about xcoins.io, their website is a fairly new one, and not many people have heard about it.
Also, if we consider their features it is starting to be a little suspicious as you say, for me that definetely looks like a scam.

I suggest not touching xCoins.io for some time, it is rather hard to say if they are trust-worthy because no one knows them.
A smarter move would be just to get into it after the time when we can be sure that their services are legit.

It claims seen on NBC , really?

I have never heard that lending services, definetely it's a scam (Paypal to Btc is appropriate to use) because there would be called an chageback if the paypal seller intend to chargeback the paypal that they send to. So beware of this type of service, if you need a loan try to loan in our trustable loaners here like zazarb, loneshark, condoras, and DarkStar_

My advice: Don't use their service just yet - wait month or so.
Probably this is what OP needs to follow. But I guess no  need to wait when we are already having bitcointalk's lending section.

@OP
If you are on rush toward lending business, why not just stick with this forum's lending section. If you are looking for more number of borrowers for high volume bitcoins, you may choose long term lending option too. Instead of getting struggle with new platforms, dealing with good rank members will be the option I would choose personally.

As long as there s an option to sell BTC for Paypal, there is a chance of charge backs. With crypto, Paypal will always side with the side which asked for charge back so be careful with this.

All I know is that xCoins.io is rather determined to promote itself. They even purchased press release ad from Coindesk:
http://www.coindesk.com/press-releases/xcoins-io-expands-team-combat-social-engineering-fraud/

Anyway, if you want to read some more comments, this is Reddit discussion about xcoins.io -

It is hard to determine if this service is really working as intended.

Hello. Has anyone used xCoins.io? Thinking of lending on the site.
AFAIK They are new lending platform, but I would be extremely wary with them.
I've checked their Facebook profile and found some disturbing comments suggesting that it might be a scam.
Furthermore some positive comments about xCoins were posted by people from Nigeria. (Nigerian Price Scam, anyone?)

My advice: Don't use their service just yet - wait month or so.

I have never used it, but beware that it could be a scam.
They want you to send money first and claim to be sending bitcoins instantly. I wonder how they're planning to protect themselves from chargebacks, because one can easily get their money back through this option and xcoins won't be able to put up any arguments due to the fact that paypal doesn't allow bitcoin trading and blocks accounts suspected of doing it.
You could try them out from a new paypal account and see if they deliver, and if they don't, charge them back and make their paypal account suspended Cool
