As a general rule, most new accounts in the currency exchange section are alts of scammers, however just because you are using a new account in currency exchange does not mean you are a scammer. However a new account that is refusing escrow is almost certainly going to be a scammer.

People have scammed for less then a dollar in the past.

You should complete a few deals with reputable members and show that you are not just another scammer.

For those who cry trust abuse, here is a quick reminder : Negative - You were scammed or you strongly believe that this person is a scammer. Based on the selling of limited paypal accounts while also selling BTC for PayPal and refusing to use escrow, post history and attitude, I strongly believe this is just another scammer.

I won't waste anytime replying back here. I'm not as easy to troll as others Grin
