Did you check it works by running a game on it?

6770's run hot and break easily in my experience.

It mines when there is only one 7870 in the machine, so it works... Mines on Linux, too.

What the batch file look like?

Make sure there doesn't exist a cgminer.conf file, then run cgminer.exe directly. It should load with auto settings.

If that doesn't work then Idk sorry :|

Are you using a cgminer.conf file? You might need to re-create it from scratch

If you changed slots, it might also affect your OC settings.
