That's not the same chip as BFL, I'm fairly certain.

this has 250k logic cells - which is a bit more than the spartan-6 chips in icarus and x6500 that you can get 200mhash from but it would probably not be able to do 800mhash - probably more like somewhere in between

But at this price you could probably bash out a slow inefficient bitstream that isn't optimized, and still have some major bang for your buck. Grin

Then tune it later.
