5000 Xivra reward per block.
192 blocks to recalculate network difficulty. ( every 4 hours )
Difficulty adjustment per 192 blocks is max -50% to max +25% .
There is a 600 +20 block time before newly minted blocks are considered mature.
Reward per block halves every 840,000 blocks. ( 18-24 months )
A total of ~8.4 billion Xivra will be made, of which 75% will be issued within the first 4 years.
