Stellar is a cryptocurrency founded in early 2014 by Jeb Mccaleb and Joyce Kim. The striking difference between Stellar and other cryptocurrency is that 95 percent of this digital currency is provided free of charge. New coins of this digital currency are not obtained through mining because Stellar uses the Consensus algorithm which automatically generates new coins and verifies each transaction. brilliant idea, but it is unfortunate that a coin must be KYC and that a long-running project is very funny to me
Video KYC ? what was that, it was new for me although that I know is about KYC are those investors but this is need to video to gain some airdrops only, totally insane I guess.
what? really? XLM airdrop needs video KYC? lol, stellar is a good coin, but why they need video KYC?, it seem the airdrops is level up, I don't even join an airdrop that needs Identity Card to be qualified, well good luck those who pass their video KYC.

This procedure is not required. Only those who want to take part in airdrop. For those who are not interested can still use their Blockchain Wallet without verifying. They won't be giving $25 worth of XLM away for free

It is a pretty airdrop but i wont join because i don't know their purpose, what they are going to do with my identity and my face photo, video. It is not a new project or new ICO, it is already a famous project with millions of customers, i don't think they run this airdrop to make their project more popular and KYC to against cheaters. The purpose of this airdrop is for collecting users identities.

I thought that KYC with video call is just a hearsay in bounty and airdrops world, now based on your post, its happening for XLM airdrop, really? I think this is time consuming for manager who are holding that airdrop? It takes to time to finish doing that KYC.
Are you speaking about the blockchain wallet airdrop? I think they want to distribute 500 million XLM to their users that worth around 125 million USD. If you are speaking about his airdrop, it is true, because they have announced it on their Twitter.
Yes, stellar is a pretty good and promising project for any holder. As for airdrop, I'm not sure that they will distribute such a huge amount of money around 125 million dollars in stellar coins. Yes, many bounty hunters do not like to go through kyc not to mention even the video is too difficult. I do not know at the end of what they will be with this personal data on this wallet user.
Its true guys a very massive airdrop. But I found this funny decision from them while you give free coins investor will lose a great amount of money and a dump will surely happen after this. With this airdrop the volume will surely rise after this but the price will surely drop cause airdrops will sell it in any price cause they didn't invest money on it.

But we don't need prices to go even deeper, God, please, no. They probably need some attention and maybe volumes on exchanges, but I don't think it's worth it. I'm sure no one buys XLM now, as everyone understands that it will be dumped hard once this airdrop is distributed.

But still video KYC really sounds like something ridiculous for me. I've heard about such procedure only once, it was a Russian project called WinStars and it turned out to be terribly scammy shit, so now I avoid video KYCes.
Kyc is so hard , you know even you're not 18 or up doesn't mean you are not accepted in crypto, what If there's a person or teen who wants to join But KYC is needed lol
Personally, I don't see anything wrong with that. I think this is one of the ways to attract even more attention to this wonderful project and increase the loyalty of the audience and potential investors.
You must be a supporter of XLM, I am like you. I am also a big fan of XLM, but I am not worried about the side effects of this airdrop. I think airdrops are wise. KYC's airdrops can increase the size of our group. This helps XLM become the king of cashless.
This is not ridiculous. I am a fan of loyal XLM. I think this promotion is very good. XLM must rise in any way and exceed XRP. XLM is the king of payments. Such a task will expand the visibility of XLM. The realization of a cashless society will come very soon.
