There is plenty of "legit" ICOs claiming to be the first or revolutioning a certain field by putting the idea into the blockchain.
Eveybody pretends that they will go to the moon, and several months after they almost systematically drop the tokens on exchanges.

At least, my intentions are clear and transparent, and I do it with fun. No one is obligated to invest! But it is not less legit than any other ICO.
