Bitcoin debit card gives you the option to convert bitcoins to cash which you can withdraw on an ATM or use it for shopping.
They offer plenty debit-card versions. You can order plastic or virtual debit cards.
And Cards can be nominated in USD, EUR or GBP. All it takes is a valid email address and basic personal information to sign up. Once you request your debit card, it will be sent to your home address.
BitGold also has a prepaid MasterCard and you can buy gold with bitcoin and with gold you can fund your prepaid card.
But there is a fee to buy the card, which is higher if you want an actual piece of plastic, but after that the fees are very reasonable , a minimal monthly maintenance fee and no fee on purchases.

It seems that xmlgold no longer accept bitcoins to load their mastercard.

Hi, You can start using your card right after you have received it and activated it, you gonna receive an instructions in the envelope with the card.

The prepaid mastercard cost less than 2 bitcoins and delivery is included.
