Hello. Xml gold apologizes for the caused inconvenience, but the delay was not related with Xml gold, but with the bank that served the transaction. The payment was delayed due to the stuck bank transfer. The transfer money was recently returned to us back from the bank. The Bitcoin have been refunded to you.

OP can you verify this and update the thread so that reputations are cleared and cases closed? And XMLGold: have you resolved all the problems on your end? Guess you should have learnt your lesson by now after 12 years in the business: if the bank account is in trouble, you need to alert all customers immediately of it and provide your alternative bank accounts. Personally, I don't see why you shouldn't have more than 1 account in circumstances like this. 23 days of delay was terrible, and it seemed you were reactive rather than proactive with support. Gotta do better to survive in this kind of environment.

Not sure if they are telling the full story here. CrytoCapiyal was its payments provider as it says. But the bank account is not closed. The whole business is closed for 2-3 weeks already. So they could have a double problem here: no access to the bank account and perhaps no communication possible left with cryptocapital

What happened::
I saw escrow.ms's lolipop thread 4 days ago and placed a order for 1000 lolipops. After I sent him payment, he just went offline and never came back. I think he's a big liar and a scam artist. Stay away from him.

I don´t know if I´am in the right area here but I have to tell
here about my big problems with the exchanger XMLGOLD.EU

I exchanged there on 2th september round about 3200 EUR BTC to 3000,00 EUR bank wire.

After 10 days I don´t get the money I wrote them and they told me that the money is send.

Now after 23 days I don´t recieved the money and xmlgold support comes always with new excuses!
