Guess you should have learnt your lesson by now after 12 years in the business: if the bank account is in trouble, you need to alert all customers immediately of it and provide your alternative bank accounts. Personally, I don't see why you shouldn't have more than 1 account in circumstances like this. 23 days of delay was terrible, and it seemed you were reactive rather than proactive with support. Gotta do better to survive in this kind of environment.
