They have already launched their bounty program. I think wapwinter is their manager. Actually op is advertising his ICO here  and this is not the right place to advertise the ICO. I think it should be moved to the altcoin section.

I would also say the same answer but along you please add the bb code for the signature campaign, Facebook campaign and other social media campaign details you eidh to add buddy.
You could hire some trusted manager like atriz or Hexah to manage your project.
