I think the reason that Exbitron is mostly being used in cases like you said is because they only require 5000 of their native token/currency for listing of one trade pair - which cost only around 55$ for 5000 token. So imo they doesnt really related to these scam, just being too easy with listing since they're new.
Edit: It's 5000 token for 2 pairs, not one.

Thats not true anymore, we charge normally 0.01 BTC for people which want list here. You cannot pay in EXTO for listing, and for info XNET paid normally full price in BTC.
EXTO will be ONLY used in voting, which should come very soon

U can list it on Mostly Ghostly Exchange, free of charge. That would be a nice nudge for the coin to start off. As it can not stand upright from the beginning someone needs to espouse it for the time of maturity. lets think of what u gain if u get listed on my exchange. Prominence. Access to hype factory, news hubs and trader base. What would I get? Nada. I think I was too quick welcoming u with open arms. I will sleep on it.
