The SEC will NOT lose a case against anything crypto right now.  That would set a very dicey precedent.  They lose this one then that opens the doors for other crypto lost cases.  The WILL win this fight no matter how long it takes them

We have ended 2020 with too much volatility in this life, the economy, as well as the market. XRP is really the most famous name in recent times, i believe that the SEC and ripple problem will soon work and things will be clearer in the near future.

And many are also asking the question ' Will the next projects be examined by the SEC?'  Actually, i personally think that this problem is really doing bad things in the market, but we need such things, everything needs to be clarified and wrongs will be eliminated.

Maybe this is why Bitcoin is continuously pumping because Folks from Ripple community are transferring their funds to more secure currency Like Bitcoin.

SEC will not sue unless they have a strong evidence and I’m sure, this will be a hard battle for XRP. Its sad to see top altcoins to be on this situation when everything goes right, here comes the big challenges. Only if the XRP didn’t manipulate their own project that much, well let’s just wait for the case to proceed and do your best action to deal with this so you wont get trap.

The case that ripple is facing is very serious. yeah, the RXP is currently in an unsafe position, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sued Ripple Labs for obvious reasons, because it is deemed to has violated regulations related to securities, Hopefully the Ripple Team will appeal in a court and win the lawsuit from the (SEC) so that the problems faced by RXP were resolved immediately.

mate. you are sharing wrong and misleading informations. Binance never blocked Ripple. that was Binance US.
you must know that Binance, and Binance US are two different exchanges. Binance US had to do that because that is for US users and they have to comply with US laws and Regulations. But in other hand Binance (or Binance Global) did not and will never block XRP.. all those exchanges removing XRP are somehow based in United states. so they have no other choice but to delist XRP.
but I tell you what. XRP is safe. XRP is not going to die that soon.

It's seven years of wasted effort for the Ripple team, all they've worked for, for the last seven years are in danger, I don't think Ripple is going to give up without giving a fight in court, but it's a long battle, SEC has compiled a long list of charges on their report, it seems they let Ripple complete their roadmap before they do action so they can build up a case.
Ripple did not see this coming, while all the top coins in the market are bullish, Ripple is the only one left behind.

And even Binance US has already released their Position and to Stop trading and depositing from January .

Looks like XRP will face a Massive Fall this 2021 , or if this is just a strategy then Opposite things may happen.

I still Have my XRP but had sold Half of it at 55cents before the downfall.

Binance US has already stated that it will stop XRP trading on January 13. I think Binance Global would do the same if Ripple lost to the SEC.

Binance is a big one.  No one is going to want to touch xrp when the SEC is on ripple.  I guess some people might say xrp will be around and with a base a pro xrp'ers it won't just disappear and they are probably right.  But there will be a weight on ripple for years, why would anyone want to be a part of that with so much risk?

Delist news comes back to back. Binance blocked Ripple today. This news seems to continue. You convey all the developments to us. I hope you can give us better news from now on 

They are suspend it that means ripple is not yet getting delisted but im sure if the SEC will win in this case and those sites will be delisting ripple at the same time. Some are also stating they will be trying to delist ripple from their platforms. Dude, this gives nothing for bitcoin. Even if ripple die and bitcoin will not get any impact otherwise it's good for bitcoin consider ripple whale can move to the bitcoin.

i don't see the point in taking any risk w/ xrp when tons of other cryptos are set up to rocket very soon

Anyone buying XRP now is only but taking a very huge risk unless the person is doing so for trading purposes which also do not have a clear direction for now, also currently no one can point the direction XRP is heading to, not even the team because they have their hands full and tied up at the same time. Going further, in as much as the delisting from exchanges will leave a very bad effect on the price of XRP henceforth, in the case of their partners, it will also make them lose a lot as the trust those partners have towards XRP will be shaken.
Nevertheless, it is better staying afloat and watch what will become of one of top altcoins; the final hit that will make the price drop even more is when other bigger exchanges showcase their own stand on this XRP matter.

We have not yet seen the actions that come from the binance US and poloniex. Will these exchange sites take the same action like another US based exchange sites? that will be a very interesting thing to see that.
Im still waiting more exchange site to delist ripple.

Well Still binance is the much awaited one to decide , and after all the delisting and freezing of trading pair for XRP ,yet the maintaining value is 20 cents , maybe the Impact will be witnessed once Binance give their stand regarding this though More or less will surely happen like what others did.
