Mister Tom David wasn't lucky enough to be among selected ones to have the honor of appearing on XTRM whitepaper. They had so much stolen content, that they couldn't fit all those people that worked tirelessly to achieve all this. Maybe they had raffle to decide who will be included, and he simply wasn't lucky enough Cheesy

Yes, it is sad...and  tom-da-V (strategist - promoter) is most professional representative ever.
Bitcointalk forum will remember him forever as 'Nick name'.
It is good to repeat and remember his own words:

Well, the company decided those who appeared on our whitepaper as well as our website, I would have love to make the list, so also many others.  I belong to the development team as well as marketing team. I am popularly Known as tomdav ( tom- da- V), I got that Nick name due to the existence of  several Tom David.

Man, that really hurts. Caught for plagiarism.
Your project is about crypto-banking. Projects related to banks, financial and kind like that. Should be prepared mature and carefully.

All the "reasons" you bring in this (defense) thread, are very classic. These reasons are often spoken when they got caught.

And because of that, I want to repeat the following sentence:

[WARNING] XTRM- Plagiarized content
[WARNING] XTRM- Plagiarized content
[WARNING] XTRM- Plagiarized content

Bitcointalk definitely doesn't need one more scammy shitcoin bounty campaign.

Regarding XTRM and their registration, according to their whitepaper, they are registered in the United States. More precise, state of Delaware. I couldn't find anything more about it.

Yo, Regarding their team, I think you can agree it is 'amazing', but I can't find anywhere mister Tom David.

Yocoin is very much alive, we recently launched TOKENGIANTS which enables users create a token on YOCOIN BLOCKCHAIN, we also listed Yocoin recently on probit exchange.

Regarding Yocoin price, we are adding more utility to Yocoin so as to increase its demand, with an increase demand comes a good price. Our team are steadfast to our vision at inception which is making Yocoin the cheapest and smartest language for dapps.

Back to the same point again, I guess you see copying as a crime, we at XTRM have a different veiw, <>
we remain resolved to not changing our original ideology because it will ruin all effort thus far.

Are you f* kidding me?
You at XTRM view copying without any kind of remorse both text and designs as nothing wrong?
Your effort? What effort did you put in blatantly copying everything?

A company shouldn't be called a scam because it got inspiration from a document, and cite the documents in its whitepaper. We will give original authors their due recognition.

That was no inspiration, it was copy-paste.

We are aware of copyright laws hence we are guiding ourselves within the limit.

Have you contacted blockchain.com to asked them what they consider as a limit?

We are hoping that everything is cleared now and we are ready in everything that the author and the designer will take, we are currently improving, revising and changing our website contents and whitepaper, few more days, you will see the changes, and we will credit some content to the author of course.

Yeah right, the moment you were accused with solid proof of copy-pasting and ripping of designs you should have deleted everything and apologize for your mistakes. Instead, you tried to downplay theft, you tried everything just to weasel your way out of this and you show no remorse for what you did.
Good, now it's time to enjoy the consequences.

I will withdraw from answering the questions,

Don't let the door hit you!

You plagiarized. You can twist and bend that as much as you want, but you plagiarized, and if OP of your ANN wasn't tagged, you wouldn't even think about changing your whitepaper. And as I said, you went beyond plagiarizing just whitepaper, you did the same with design of your website as well. Here it is, so others can see as well

I see no one is talking about the elephant in the room yet!

Plagiarism or 'adopted and adapted'? Judge for yourself ...  Grin

As @FatFork said, plagiarism or "adapted and adopted"? I think that everyone can see what is going on here.

All article published and available to the public can be used in a new article or write up, as long as the original author is given credits to, hence a reason XTRM quickly retracted her whitepaper to make correct our earlier error.
What exactly was retracted? Your whitepaper is still there, same as website content. Nothing has been removed so far. OP of your ANN has been tagged month and a half ago, least you could do before coming here is to remove all plagiarized content, or at least include reference for everything.

Well it depends on the aspect you see things from, most people don't understand plagiarism and referencing,  in our present world, no idea is new, hence the world encourage proper referencing, it wouldn't cost my company much to pay a good author to script jargons consider as fresh and original but yet not the idealogy of the company
But you didn't just copy some technical stuff and jargons, you copied some basic and general stuff like text about your streaming service. This is perfect example of your laziness, inability to write a few sentences about movies and streaming. Even that you had to copy. I am pretty sure that you copied more stuff, as so far whatever I checked, it turned out to be taken from someone else.

What about this discovery made by @FatFork? How do you comment the fact that you completely ripped of blockchain.com design, from graphics to text? Only thing you changed is color. Is that also part of your adopting?

Back to the same point again, I guess you see copying as a crime, we at XTRM have a different veiw, we acknowledge good ideas, we adopt it and we would give the original author the credit. My company's ideology is similar to what is found on those documents, they were a source of inspiration to us. Our company has been quizzed, accused and blackmailed regarding citing article in our whitepaper, we remain resolved to not changing our original ideology because it will ruin all effort thus far.
As stated earlier, the documents we sourced our inspirations from will feature in our website as well as whitepaper, they will be fully referenced and consent will be taken from original authors. All article published and available to the public can be used in a new article or write up, as long as the original author is given credits to, hence a reason XTRM quickly retracted her whitepaper to make correct our earlier error. Once upon a time binance was accused of plagiarism bitmex documents due to poor referencing. A company shouldn't be called a scam because it got inspiration from a document, and cite the documents in its whitepaper. We will give original authors their due recognition.

I will state again, all article used in our website and whitepaper are being contacted, once we get a consent from the original authors, we will fully referenced the article, those we can't get consent from,we will reach out to their journals and publisher for futher discussion.
XTRM is a legal entity, we do appreciate Bitcointalk community for their concerns, we have noted all accusation. We are open to any decisions the author and designer of this articles take. We are also going to ascribe full credit to the original author and designers of these articles. We are aware of copyright laws hence we are guiding ourselves within the limit.

We are hoping that everything is cleared now and we are ready in everything that the author and the designer will take, we are currently improving, revising and changing our website contents and whitepaper, few more days, you will see the changes, and we will credit some content to the author of course. I am not so sure about that, as you copied much more than just those 2 articles that you admitted ( actually, you didn't even admit that you plagiarized, you used words like "adopted" and "adapted")

In my previous post I presented one more article that you copied without giving credit, but unfortunately that wasn't the only one, as I found few more:

In this case, you copied an article from cryptocurrencyfacts

https://cryptocurrencyfacts.com/what-is-a-dex/

From your whitepaper about dAPP. That is also copied from the same source as previous one, cryptocurrencyfacts

https://cryptocurrencyfacts.com/what-is-a-dex/

And this is about cryptocurrency arbitrage. Naturally, you copied that as well

https://coinrivet.com/guides/what-is-cryptocurrency-trading/what-is-cryptocurrency-arbitrage/

You aim to achieve so many things with XTRM (Exchange, Forex trade platform, crypto gambling&gaming, stream service, travel&tourism etc) and yet despite your huge team, you were unable to write your own whitepaper without copying from others. And what is even worse, without even including references for copied material.

As we stated earlier, our new whitepaper would be out soon, nothing will be altered, we would get a proper consent from the author of those articles we used and reference them properly on our website and whitepaper. We encourage originality, hence we accept our error in poor referencing and we are currently addressing it. Here is a screenshot of our whitepaper being worked on.

And again, we are fixing everything now, we are developing new contents. Yes, there are more article we scripted our whitepaper from, all will be referenced in our new whitepaper, we have contacted most of the authors and we are getting a positive feedback, the authors will get our new whitepaper and proof read through before we make it public.

In 21st century plagiarism is a crime, even worst is when the author is denied credits to their write up, my company has resolved that all article used on our website and whitepaper must be fully acknowledge, we won't deny credits to original authors of the articles we used because we want to cover up an earlier negligence just to look original.

Yes, you did, and that's the definition of plagiarism and word spinning.

Plagiarism is when a document is copied without reference to the original author, we agree we made that error, we have contacted Debraj, informed him about using his article, also we referenced him on our new whitepaper which will be released soon.

Also, we contacted the author of the article we used and there will be possibility that we will hire him, some have responded to us with a positive remark, we will for the response of the others, as of now there is no agreement  that has been reached or made.

Not everyone that approaches us gets a job, our company is huge, we were focusing much on development that we had an oversight, we have recently set up a panel in our administrative desk to screen any applicant before employing them as a staff of our company, so as to avert being affliated with any event or personnel that may harm our companies reputation.

Answer: We did not copy content from Coinbase , blockchain, trust wallet website and some medium article as our accuser alleged, The concept of cryptobanking isn't indigenous to XTRM, we rather adopted and adapted an article from a popular crypto writer Debraj Chatterjee on cryptobanking as well as that of Kumar Sharma on Data storage. We accept that our initial whitepaper had a poor referencing, hence we pulled it down to give full credit of authorship to the original writers in our recent whitepaper.

From what I can see, your whitepaper is still there, and still without any reference. I took one paragraph to check whether you copied more stuff, and it wasn't surprise that you are still doing the same thing.

On the left is part of your WP, and on the right it's  the original. You simply can't write few sentences by yourself.

2.Our bounty was labeled a scam because it was posted by NashAmajh.
Answer: NashAmajh approached us as a Bitcointalk bounty manager, we hired him to assist in managing the Bitcointalk community while we focus on development. Having been drawn to his reputation on Bitcointalk, we deemed it fit to have another manager handle our Bitcointalk account. We will create it, once we have been clean in all this allegations.
Your bounty thread getting deleted has to do with you plagiarizing, not because of his reputation.
