Sieht nicht gut aus...

Hab ähnliches schon in anderen Foren gelesen.

Diese 0%-Gebühren waren schon ein Warnsignal.

@ dw54 :
no this website is no scam.

But it sometimes has problems here and there...
I'm sure you will get your money or your bitcoins back after some time.

I haven't, over 6 weeks now.
hmm.. I also don't know what's happening on yacuna. Their bitcointalk account was not active since a long time and I also get no answer about soe API questions..

Today I came across another person on twitter whose having withdrawal problems with no response to his tickets.

Founder Marc Caruso says the problem has been identified and that withdrawals are being processed again but so far that doesn’t seem to include mine.

Hey dw54, hey Serpens, hey NABiT,

the SSL problem described by dw54 refers to our internal VPN service that is needed for our staff to access our company wallets. We need to refresh the certificates and securely provide them to the staff members with the needed credentials to access the wallets. This should hopefully be resolved today and the coins be sent to dw54. Obviously this is a bad mistake on our part. On the other hand this is a trade-off from our strict security policy that doesn't allow anyone from our company to access the wallets from anywhere, thus keeping our customer funds generally safe. Sometimes security comes with a drawback in comfort.

Sincerely,
Benjamin

Hi Benjamin

Thanks for this update, any progress with this and will it also entail the processing of my week long stuck XBT withdrawal?

Are these isolated cases and Yacuna otherwise operational ?

Agree - I’m told they are doing site updates, I’ve had a withdrawal stuck “in progress” for 5 days now, they can be a bit slow at sorting things out but not a scam.
