Is there any extra fee for withdrawal or deposit?

Please add CRAVE/XBT to your market, it will be very nice and I will trade on your site since there is zero fees.

DO YOU EVEN READ?! deposits not working, withdrawals not working FOR MONTHS

Hey Nabit,

sorry didn't intend to ignore you. I inquired again at the technical staff about the transaction but got no news, thus I couldn't write you anything. But you are right, I atleast should have responded to the ticket so you know you are not forgotten. Sorry for that, and I think it is time to bring out the whip for our technicians. That your transaction is stuck so long is unacceptable.

Sincerely,
Benjamin

Hi Benjamin

What is happening? - Mark Caruso now says that the issue is resolved and that withdrawals are now being processed but mine remains "In Progress"

Over 6 weeks now and no response to tickets.

I think it's safe to declare this exchange officially DED!

I could accept my small loss if that was the case, there’s always that risk with exchanges but otherwise I find this sort of treatment and lack of communication from a company who I have spoken out for and supported against scam accusations disappointing.

A simple communication stating that my transaction will be processed and has not just been completely forgotten about would at least be something.

thanks, hope your issue gets resolved soon

unfortunately i think this exchange will vanish soon.

Thanks

I must admit I was having similar thoughts, would be a pity because as Monopoly says “Nice and friendly platform” but there have been previous problems with stuck transactions with myself and others, they were sorted out eventually but it can take a long time like my current one, still unresolved

actually the platform is tricky and not friendly at all. DO NOT trade without entering price, otherwise you will loose money.

Yacuna now supports Online Bank Transfer. Users can now instantly deposit Euro into their exchange account by utilizing their usual online banking data. Never miss out on a price trend in Bitcoin again. More information here.

Hello FundsMoney,

this EMail was indeed send by us. We had to revise some of our Anti-Fraud-Methods and require an ID-Selfie from some users. Until this new verification requirement is met, you can still trade all cryptocurrency pairs at your leisure.

Hello,

I have received this e-mail from Yacuna and I do not know what to think about it... Anyone else having this in their mailbox?

Quote
Hello XXX,

for security reasons we kindly request that you provide an "idSelfie" - a picture of you holding the uploaded document next to your face. Please understand that this is a security measure that is randomly applied on our customer base and has nothing to do with you personally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this matter.

Thank You
Your Yacuna Team
Selda

I have a verified account on Yacuna and did not use their platform since months ago. Why would they request this now, for what reason?
The e-mail seems legitimate, it's from a support rep sent via their zendesk.

Looks interesting. It seems that you are the only market which allows GBP withdrawal/deposit from UK GBP accounts without extra cost, can you confirm?
You should remove the leading title of your page which states "Dogdecoin exchange..."

any ETA for GBP account management support?

We removed all fees from our exchange!

Yep. From now on every Satoshi you earn on Yacuna.com is Yours. There are no fees for any trade or for withdrawals. We also implemented a wide variety of changes and additions to our platform following customer feedback. To make this clear:

We’re live and kicking! Today, we’re introducing fast and secure instant GBP deposits for customers in the United Kingdom. Verified users can now fund their accounts at the international Bitcoin Exchange Yacuna rapidly fast by using SOFORT banking instead of relying on classic SEPA transfers or the UK Faster Payments System. This does not only incur lower fees than traditional wire transfer but also provides a lightning fast method of deposits instead of going through the slow and agonizing classic banking system. Never miss out on a trend in the cryptocurrencies again!

Makes sense, URLs match up at least. What was the reasoning behind getting licensed in the UK? I know EEA licenses are valid in Switzerland so I would imagine the same is true in reverse.

I'm trying to, however I can't find much information on them. What is their registration number? It seems they are based in Switzerland so why would they be licensed by the FCA - surely they would be regulated by FINMA?

We are regulated through our payment processor PayCo Financial Services Ltd. You can find their FSA file here (Firm 900088). It is an authorised E-money institution and is permitted to hold our customers electronic money. We therefore apply all KYC/AML requirements that the FCA demands from such a business. Also your funds are safely stored within a regulated business.

In order to serve our customers better we are constantly looking to offer new deposit methods. Since wire transfer is a relic of the past, we want to provide our customers with ways to instantly deposit fiat funds, so they can start trading right away.

Therefore we are proud to announce that you can now deposit EUR via Sofort Banking and Ideal on Yacuna.com! Both methods work in conjunction with your normal bank account. But instead of waiting a day or more for your funds to arrive, they are now instantly deposited in your Yacuna account. Never miss out a hot trend again just because the banking system is taking ages.

Start trading at Yacuna now and get instant funding via Sofort Banking and Ideal Payment.
