In the mean time please enable two factor authentication security (2FA) on your Poloniex account and on your Poloniex registered email address account as soon as possible.
If you cannot enable 2FA security on your Poloniex account or no longer have access to your Poloniex account and have not yet frozen it please lookup your email account inbox for an email from “[email protected]” with subject “Successful Login from New IP” and use the link in it to freeze your account.
Make sure to disable any remote assistance software that may be running on your computer and also scan the computer for possible malware.
