Forget dice rolls, they've done something even worse:

Yobit actually has a coronocoin listed for trade:
https://yobit.net/en/trade/CORONA/DOGE

With every little piece of news I hear about them I always have the feeling they can't get much worse than that but it seems they can and they do...

As far as that investbox offer goes, I don't know what's going on in the minds of the anonymous folks who run Yobit.  It could be a ploy to drive traffic to their site in the hopes that people will use their other services as well, but other than that I'd be hard-pressed to try to figure out what they're really doing here.  I'm pretty sure it's not going to benefit their customers, though.

One of the usual requirement for the invest box is that you have to hold a number of yo tokens and have no sell orders for it since YO is created out of thin air this ensures the guys behind yobit a constant demand from newbies and a low sell pressure so they can dump themselves enough to make two or three times what they give the users in the investment box.
Once the math is showing that they lose money on one they change the requirements or drop it altogether and come with a new coin.
And yeah, the customer will always get screwed, but it seems the pond will never run out of fish.

I will not surprized if any newbie thinks for sometime that yobit want to give 1700 dollars(USD) to new comers.  Smiley
Its not like that actually.  Where they can offer 1% daily return for staking BTC then i don't think 1700 dollars is a big amount in comparison with that.
Maybe it's the same as YOdollar who thinks that the estimation is like USD on that only shitcoin is useless even with a 1% daily investment.
to understand better:
20 DS = that means you have to do 20 dice games a day

the minimum to play at Dice is 1000 satoshi if I'm not mistaken. so it ends up creating losses than profit
At the end it tells the user to dice the same thing as gambling and is detrimental to many users if doing this.

But on average in my opinion this is big money for newbies who have just joined even though it has often happened to yobit doing things like this.

Personally I become confuse when I see their token named, all things are confusing regarding yobit. see this screenshot,

You have to keep in mind that its "Yobit" and why you are just wasting your time by expecting proper works from their end. Just ignore them and keep your fund safer.

Why in the first place are all of you subscribed to yobit exchange?  Cheesy
I don't think anything good about them and they invest box strategy, and I would stay away.

How about their craptotalk forum?
Looks like it is a dead place and website is not working  Grin
Same thing can happen to exchange at anytime.

Site is still working but of course it's still crap with their so called rating and token after the release of their token I'm sure people will give up posting here because it's a token that will have no value at all and it will only be traded in their own exchange or platform.

Both the cryptotalk site and the link that you provided is working fine here. AFaik maybe they now pay Talk named token to the cryptotalk poster.

But I am agreed with this. It may close at any time.

Seriously though... you're just giving more publicity to an obvious scam Smiley.
It's not a new feature in Yobit. That ScamBox is running since 2017: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/yobit-investbox-1922048
What is new is that they are claiming to offer the 1% interest in Btc, which would surely get the attention of newbies. In addition, by searching the net about the email everybody received today, i didn't find any other discussion about it. So maybe it's good to have this thread here to aware those who may look for some good opinions. Not everybody knows that Yobit is a confirmed scam who has a lot of opened scam accusations against it.

Just ignore their emails which is the best solution IMO.
And unsubscribe from their mailing list if you're able to--and after doing that, be sure to not trade there or ever log in to their website ever again.  Problem solved.

That investbox feature is a load of horseshit if you ask me.  I experimented with it some months ago, and it was nearly impossible to earn anything but dust.

Not only are they promoting it via email, they are also promoting it on Twitter. They are not stopping this ponzi yet, even after so much negative news. They would understand how difficult it is to give a fixed return every day if they were a real company. Those who buy YO token will get 1% per day if they invest bitcoin. After buying these bad coin, they will invest if the investor have remain any BTC! I don't know who is still falling into such scams.

If i am not wrong then Yobit authority spend a big amount of money just for sending uncountable emails to their registrants. For me its too much annoying and they don't care about this. Their previous record proves that they are popular for doing unexpected thing and this new one isn’t different from their other activities.

Just ignore their emails which is the best solution IMO. Discussing about them is nothing but waste of time. You can't expect better than this kinda ponzi type offers from them.

What do I think... hmm... that's a tough one. Might be the only chance I get to become a trillionaire. Should I sell the house and go all in?
Haha, yes you should sell you house if you have any dream of becoming a trillionaire Roll Eyes Let's try it and let the community know the result of investment a month/year later. Grin just kidding

What do you think about this investbox plans?
Yobit surprised me with the same email few hours ago..

1% daily return for BTC staking, what else to think other than its an obvious  bullshit on par with most obvious and cheap ponzi schemes that are reported here on the daily basis, lame attempt to get people buy their Yo tokens. It's just business as usual in Yobit exchange, I just don't know who falls for this anymore.

What happened: Today I have received an email from yobit where I can see a new invest box plans. They are paying investor BTC-1% daily (fo yo token holders) seems suspicious to me.
