Yes their password reset option is disabled right now, you can try to contact them with new account or your friend's account via trollbox. Don't post like you want your other account back or etc. Just ask moderator when does they gonna enable password reset option.
May be they are unaware of this bug or they have intentionally disabled this to get away with users coins.

Is there any other way to get in touch with Yobit support? I've been sending emails for over a month now. I can't access my account. I don't remember my password and when I go to forgot password to reset it, it says temporarily disabled.
