Mr. Damodar,

According to you a service provider is no longer responsible how his service is being abused. If so a pharmacists must be allowed to sell addictive drugs for taking drugs is a matter of personal choice. Then why their are so restrictions. In other words y laws restricting such things are made. They are made bcos selling drugs without prescription is wrong & its pharmacists responsibility to check such a thing don't happen much too frequently. Similarly it's the service providers responsibility to prevent any abuse of its services. Similar is the case with guns. You can't say I just sell I don't kill and shake away the responsibility. Yobit being an open exchange is no excuse. Any exchange can't be convicted if 10-15 coins are scam but having 100 scam coins is too much to overlook. Yobit has to take the responsibility and initiate corrective measures.

Take the case of SPM Coin. It was priced 32BTC at 10 a.m. and many ppl bought it. At 11.15 it just crashed and now its value is 4 sats. Tell this to people who lost their money that Yobit is not responsible and if they agree I will stand corrected.

thank you.

Look yobit its an open exchange, if a person can pay to put their coin there yobit provides this service, any person can create a coin and start a ico at yobit, they arent responsible for what the developers make or will make, if the developer keeps with its project they can usually take a proof, on the medium and long time, but the scammers just wanna fast money. Sure yobit allowing this ico make they loose from one side, but its always you that must choose to be part or not from ICO.

The thing is that YoBit don't care about the cryptocurrency community. Someone offers them bitcoin to list their scam coin, no matter how obvious, YoBit will bite.

Hi, I'm back with some more interesting but horrendously delinquent tales of YOBIT. The Frankywillcoin (FRWC) saga underwent many twists and turns before arriving at the point of demise. To surpise or rather shock to the investers, Frankwill announced that he is abandoning the project. Earlier in the day, Frankywill had talked about pumping FRWC back to 100K satoshis and encouraged investors to buy more. It was all a gimmick to sell his remaining premined coins.

Abandoning projects is nothing new for devs. What caught our attention was the boldness of the Frankywill. He sounded extremely proud of scamming the investors & asked them to wait for his new coin that he will be launching within a week. This is what is called moral degradation for financial gains. What is most disturbing is that such things can't happen without YOBIT's support. People come to trade to YOBIT because they trust yobit & such incidents are a taint that will ultimately lead to its end. The corruption that YOBIT is helping to brew will ultimately swallow it whole.

YOBIT, Please Please I request You not to break the blind faith traders have placed in you.

Stay tuned for further updates

Thanx
