4 months already too long for waiting a replying ticket from site. You can start a scam accusation about them now on here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 (I don't like this way, but this is the fastest way to get a response from them (yobit), there were some people who started accusation about them too, and their problem already resolved).
P.S @OP, once your problem solved, i suggest to leave yobit

Yobit is the wors tever exchanges i ever see. try again to send ticket or try to contact YOBIt here they account here and PMed them by fixing you're problem in their exchanges. Anyways i doesn't ever use this exchanges because of their slow suports and have many shitcoins that listed in their exchanges

I have a serious problem I need and help or suggestions

Since 4 months suddenly I've stopped receiving any Emails from Yobit and this caused that I can not login from any other PC and I can not withdraw my money.
I have contacted the Support without any solution and lately, they've totally ignored me, I have checked my Inbox settings and I've whitelisted the Yobit email Address, and did all recommendations to enable it, but still nothing.

I would appreciate if someone could help me with this issue.

They are just delay in supporting its an old issue about yobit.. next time if you don't know the background of yobit better to go in active trading site.. because i experience n yobit before sometimes it takes a week before you get email from them.
That site was the worst support ever that i experience before that you can think they are scam but they are still active and delay on support.

If you don't wan to experience this same thing to us better to try other trading site instead ...

Usually they respond after a few weeks and maximum 1 month and a bit when I had problems there trading. If they haven't responded since almost 4 months there must be some serious issue ongoing, can you access your account, maybe they have terminated your account. You should contact the member "Yobit" here , search the forum and go to letter Y, there you will find it. Contact him and tell about your situation.

Which email service provider you are using? I suggest you to use only gmail with them because I have never got such problem with them when using gmail address. Have you checked SPAM folder or Archived folder?
I am using Live, is there a way to change it and keep the account?.

Answer his question mate that's what I supposed to suggest too. Maybe you haven't check the spam folders or others. Sometimes when an email looks like a spam it is automatically sent to that "spam" folder. And the best thing is to post your problem at the main thread of yobit for further notice. But I feel sorry that most of the complains are just the same with you.

No one can help you here but the Yobit staff itself. Even our suggestion will depend if Yobit will respond.

But it's weird that you are not receiving emails. Just did now and I received the email and succesfully login at Yobit exchange. Just tried to spam their support with lot of tickets calmly as surely they will ignored you if by lucky they now picked your ticket and saw you are angry. No choice but to stay calm even they are shit.

I am not trying to be pessimistic, but if you cannot login to your account, you are possibly to lose your money. YoBit admins don't give a shit about their users – I had a few issues with their withdrawals, before, kept sending them tickets, and they literally ignored me. Their troll box is full of issues like these and admins just ban those who complain...

Note that yobit is the one of the worst support ever for an exchange site they reply late and worst it takes months. So just wait until they replied

There is an another way to get your withdrawal problem solved.
Just notice the license providers on yobit.net or try to find somewhere, once you send your issue details to its license providers, your problem would get solved by them on same day. I did it myself when i met same issue with two different gambling website.

what is a "license provider"?
these are unregulated, unlicense, anonymous exchange services online we are talking about here! and not to mention very shady in case of yobit!

also can you name the gambling sites you had issue with, because all the gambling sites i know of have no license either.

Just notice the license providers on yobit.net or try to find somewhere, once you send your issue details to its license providers, your problem would get solved by them on same day. I did it myself when i met same issue with two different gambling website.
