Yobit has shown zero interest in customers requests. Also they refuse to upgrade wallets for many coins. Linda coin, for example, has paid them to upgrade their wallet, they havent answered yet.

Wait, so it's been over two years and you still haven't got anything back from yobit?
Have they even replied to you at all after the one time that yobit's official bitcointalk account said that they would take a look inside your account? Either way, this is a crazy situation to be in, and especially with crypto prices going up so drastically, it's really a substantial amount that you owned that is stuck inside Yobit right now.
Hopefully you're able to get your funds back, but yobit honestly is just too shady at the moment to be considered anything but a scam - terrible support, deposit/withdrawal bugs everywhere, probably liquidity issues as well.
Just because you made a mistake by depositing through a contract doesn't mean that their address did not receive the ETH, nor is it an excuse for a 2 year delay (and counting).
Another horror story discovered! I am going to make a compilation!
don't even bother, there is too many cases. But people still decide to use them and ignore all warnings for some reason, which is sad.

Got the same problem with Yobit.
18.12.17 MSK 22:00 deposited $1498 from advcash to yobit and haven`t received it on yobit.
I can provide my contacts as well, or email from profile and give you full info.
Waiting for answer on ticket more than 3 days.
So highly recommended not to use ADVcash and Yobit, because they don`t have supports.
Interesting thing about advcash - they used to answer less than 5 hours on each easy ticket (how to deposite, how to pass through verification), except the one with deposit problem. Already wrote 3 tickets to ADVcash and they keep pretending that they haven`t received them, while in real they did.
SO AGAIN stay away and highly recommended not to use ADVcash and Yobit.

Sorry for your loss. Yobit never answered my tickets. I got one email whit the word "Gay" Back. So Yeh, Yobit seems to be a scam.

YOBIT Exchange is NOT allowing BTC withdrawals and are not answering their support tickets, twitter, telegram or bitcointalk forum messages. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT DEPOSIT any BTC to Yobit.net until they fix this issue as this is starting to look like a SCAM from all the complaints they’ve received. I will post an update if they resolve this issue. Not looking good though.....

Guys can you please allow for my BTC to send, this is all I have. I'm seeing alot of issues & complaints with withdrawals on twitter of yobit. I’ve emailed support and tried telegram and have received no response.

Yobit not accept deposits from Ethereum contracts but our TecSupport will recheck your acc.

It seems like Yobit's signature campaign is still up and running, so they haven't completely run away. Perhaps there is a problem with the site and the support are avoiding questions? Either way, if you've already contacted them there's nothing more you can do except maybe warn users about the dangers of using Yobit. Who knows, perhaps they will return your money.

From my point of view I think they have started to care less about customer support now.
They used to respond to tickets real fast before.

I deposited Ethereum from my contract wallet to my Yobit wallet. I did not know that could be a problem.
For what i understand is not a big deal for a trading website, the coins are in there wallet, it send divergent way so the manual have to add it to my account. But they got it!
Here you can see my payments, including a 25 Ethereum transfer to Yobit.
I made a Ticket right 12 days ago, no response, new ticket, no response, complain ticket, no response.
I send PM`s true Bitcointalk, Send PM to the mod "blacksmith" true there messages system, no response.
So i lost 27 Ethereum and there are avoiding my messages.
Amount Scammed
27 Ethereum total.

Contacted Yobit support view times but they did not responded to me (like the others complaining right now)
