You may be able to get your coins back, eventually, if you're lucky.

No guarantees though, since Yobit is known for its bad support and they are "maintaining" wallets every single day. I've seen countless people trading on yobit and everything is going well, and then all of a sudden there's a pending withdrawal that just won't get processed or a deposit that's stuck.

I really feel for you. Don't give up, spam their support ticket system with your inquiry every single day if you can. They deserve no better until your funds are rightfully returned.

thank you for your support. I appreciated. I made another ticket today with topic Great! Thank you Yobit! trying to grab their attention. I do not know if they even read them..
But I am not giving up. I got some contacts where I can contact russion police on this matter to see what they can do more about this.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Thank you for all the comments. I did check back then and then and it did work, I put my buy order and after fullfillment I made withdrawal and now they are stuck.  Anothet example is B3 coin it says it is working but try to withdraw it wont let you and than you cannot cancel withdrawal. This was (for B3)10 days ago maybe has changed till now.

About the accusations I would be more than happy to cancel them .. I talked to the devs of NTRN they are trying to contact them as they say, but without succes. NTRN community will also help raise voise against this issue.
I plan other actions until this settles

If I were you stop using this platform and withdraw your coins and transfer it on some reputed exchange, because it will takes days, weeks or even month before they replied you or before they can fix the maintenance of every tokens/coins on there shit exchange. Even if you ask help from the devs of the token, if this exchange don't want to move then its useless.

People warned you already, you can see yobit's reputation here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=406594 too many bad comments and scam accusations.

Had you ever heard about Yobit before you bought coins on there?

As a guide of practice, the first thing you do when you buy on Yobit is check if the wallet is in maintenance mode. Most people are aware of the slow response of cryptoexchange support teams, and many people who call themselves serious traders do not use Yobit for various reasons. So you better make sure that everything works at the time you buy a coin onthere. Another good practice is to get coins out of exchanges into your wallet as fast as you can.

Yobit has a bad reputation, however they do release wallets out of maintenance mode when they seem to be able to do it. This has happened with icash for instance, of which the old chain wallet was put back in service after two months, even if the coin was dead and useless already and was only needed for people who were too late for a swap and didn't pay attention to their investments.

I understand your emotional response but be patient and I'm pretty sure that one day the issue will be resolved and you will have to take back the "scam" accusations.

According to a slack member, a yobit moderator said in the trollbox that "the neutron wallet will be under maintenance till devs send updated node details..."

I think maintenance means they're waiting for someone to start mining the coin.  Lol

Does that coin even have an active blockchain?  I never heard of it.

I've been trying to sell a very small amount of PWR on yobit for months. The reason I can't sell it is because nobody is buying that dead, piece of crap coin, and probably nobody is running a node.  That's what happens in the crypto graveyard.

I have the same situation - Yobit doesn't let to withdraw NTRN for more than 2 months. Support answers every time - maintenance, maintenance, maintenance.

Terminated.
Given the reputation that YoBit has around here, what else did you expect? It's quite pointless to open up any additional scam accusations against them IMO. Just go directly to your relevant police department/lawyers.

Did you try buying a small amount to start with and tried to see whether it worked? Or did you just dump $2,200 straight on there? I have a feeling this is one of those dead coins that has no actual infrastructure enabling it to be traded. There are lots of scam reports around Yobit so a bit of caution and research would have saved a lot of grief. It is unlikely you will get any help from Russian authorities, so you may just have to accept the loss.

Thank you for your advice, I hope that this will be not the case, will give some time chance for them to answer if not I will contact police.

Unfortunately no one ( in this forum )  can help you, some months someone contacted me because he had a problem similar to yours, I got in touch with yobit support and yobit support only responded 4 months later and the support response was from the coin that I asked them to solve the problem, is still in maintenance

it was shocking for me to hear that, I abandoned yobit's signature and gave up doing yobit trade since that day

the only and sensible thing to do is report to the police

Story: So...I had transfered BTC and bought NTRN coins in yobit worth arround 2200 usd today and decided to withdawl. I can't remember why I made this mistake to buy from yobit....now i'm waiting and waiting and my wallet is pending withdrawal more then 2 months now. Day after day I have wrote to support 9 times, they just auto reply even though I tried to be creative.. I reported to NTRN developers and they contacted them several times, even posted screenshots from they communication. Contacted Yobit on twitter but no answer.
