I have problem Transfer from cold storage...help me plsssss
I made the transaction from yobit.net but while doing it, I didn't realize its offline so the money went to cold storage.

Use their chat to contact dominikherzog and tell him to look at your tickets. This is just a suggestion, I don't know if it will work or not.
Some complainant tried it already and unfortunately it's no use.

If it was sent that's basically on the network already and it's just delay, you know yobit is the most popular exchange for having this type of issue. Why you deposited there if you are on cryptopia already?

i am here want to ask, why my yobit account was freezed for more than 10 days??
i have send my account verification data (passport, selfie holding passport, etc)
however, my account havent been unlock, i have send PM, send support to admin, no reply too.
just wondering what is happening with yobit?
my account is small exchanger, i do transfer and being transferred by many wallet.
if any yobit admin, read my post , my username is windylouw. please respond to my ticket.
for other people out there, if you guys are willing to use yobit services, please consider what is happening with my account.
Because the slow respond of admin is very dissapointed.

There is nothing we/the community can do to help you guys. Yobit is always desperate and they don't care about the community.
You guys can only try to contact them to help you but to get their support response unbelievably shitty. If you get a response then you have to think like you got the moon in your hand.

Just hope for the best and keep trying to contact them. Use their chat to contact dominikherzog and tell him to look at your tickets. This is just a suggestion, I don't know if it will work or not.

Tomorrow morning (since I'm a bit tired now) I am going to open another scam accusation against YoBit and will paint them in red as well. I haven't lost anything on the exchange, but doing maintenance on coins for 3-4-5 months is unethical and unprofessional. Not to mention what are the consequences for coins, which are listed only there. Its just a matter of time YoBit to shut down and steal money from people.

What happened:
I've send 7290 SIB to my SIB deposit address SdJcTRxU7fEmsJfqBaYhHQwL8YPV1WiNck on YoBit five days ago. Their wallet was stucked and I've created a ticket so they quickly repaired it and said "7290.39200805 SIB deposit status>complete" but coins wasn't appeared. Then they said that my transaction was cancelled by the SIBcoin network (I believe that means that it wasn't included in a block). That's surely not true. For now, the coins are persisted on the deposit address but they weren't deposited to my yobit account.

Currently there's P&D while I can't sell that coins quickly.

Yobit is known for their trash customer support and also always putting wallets into maintenance mode or worse yet, putting them in active and online mode and eating your deposits. You have to be real lucky here if you were to get your coins back in a month. It'll probably take more than that though, if it ever gets solved.

In the meanwhile it is likely your altcoin value will go down, and Yobit will take a profit out of that. Pretty sure that's the game they are playing as they don't compensate you at all for your losses incurred during that period of waiting although it is their fault.
