It is your mistake by sending ETH to the different address while sending we have to be very careful because Yobit support team are not very supportive. So we have to be very careful when dealing with this Yobit while sending and withdrawing the coins.
As an exchange, yobit works, well can't say perfect, but still quite ok. The biggest problem of yobit is that it is completely unsupportable. You won't be able to get any support there, so to use it or not to use only your own choise.

It was your mistake to send Eth to wrong address, then how YoBit scam you? Be polite and ask them if they can help you. In crypto, trsactions are not reversible so be careful and double check before sending the payment.
What the heck? Why there's a change of the text you have entered? It seems that when you entered a keyword that they don't like it will be replaced by those words immediately.
