i withdrawal GAME (GameCredits) total 650$. be 3 week and i still waiting. yobit did not send. but write completed transfer.. my balance zero. i cant contact yobit bcz dont reply tickets. what can i do Sad

There honestly isn't a whole lot you can do in this situation. Yobit is known for its horrible support and it's not going to get any better just for your case. You should definitely still raise the issue with support, otherwise they may think that it's actually a completed transfer like the status says. People are facing problem from Yobit, i don't know why they are delaying the withdrawal to the member, Yobit team should understand they will lose reputation if they don't send the withdrawals on time.

It looks like YoBit haven't upgraded their Gamecredits wallet. They have the worst support in the whole crypto ecosystem so I guess the only thing that can be done is to wait and hope that they will upgrade their wallet soon and you will possibly be able to withdraw your coins again.

Really Yobit has that feature? I wish i could get game credits using crypto's and get my very first steam wallet but sadly they seem to be lazy about their site and barely upgrades anything. Thank you for sharing this idea i didn't think about getting a steam wallet codes by paying real time crypto money. Now that I've searched on the internet my only problem is to identify which is legit or not.

They are active whenever there's fork happening on, but they are slow regarding on those withdrawal and deposit issue so maybe the real problem occur on yobit management itself.  And I'm bit confused to trade with this site so I made this as my last option regarding on trading with alts.

Was there a new fork of GameCredits? As far as I know the last fork was so called Network Fork on 9 March 2018 so after almost one month, I am sure even YoBit updated their wallets. I think there was too low fee or some other problem that requires manual check and manual transaction so he will have to wait till it will be your turn and someone from support will read your ticket. Sometimes you can speed up this if you comment on their Twitter or Facebook, but if you see many other people doing the same and they didn't get any answer, then don't expect that this method will bring you success.

Did you ask other people, if they also have problems with GAME withdrawals? Once I was waiting for 10 days for my withdrawal from Cryptopia but people were saying that they did wait longer than usually, but they received withdrawal after few hours. When I heard that, I was calmed because I knew that Cryptopia didn't steal my money or lost coins because of wrong transaction/old wallet, but they just need to manually push my transaction. And after few days, about 2 weeks total time, I finally got my coins and they replied to my ticket that they apologize and they fixed the problem now.
So keep faith!
For cryptopia i do have still faith when it comes to issues but when we are already talking on Yobit I already lost hope when i do face some issues.Normal for a person to get worried when they havent recieve their coins when they do already made such withdrawal.Gamecredits do have a fork and we wont even know if the wallet is being updated or not thats why as being said above you would really need to ask if wallet is being updated or not.If not then there nothing you can do but to wait for them to do such thing.

They are popular for not replying or having delays in any coins during withdrawals. But if it says that the transfer has been completed, have you checked it out if its confirmed in the network of gamecredits? Check it here https://blockexplorer.gamecredits.com/
If it wasn't on the network then the problem is really with yobit. There's nothing you can do now but to wait for their resolution, most of the complains here are taking so long and there are some problems that does have solution automatically without any reply from yobit.

We all bet it that it's an issue for yobit's side, a trader will not complain if everything goes correct and properly. And the gamecredits dev are even faster to reply with the problems that are being brought up to them so props to them but to yobit, I know @OP you will have a very bad day due to this.

every other week I've had to open a ticket and wait for a few days to get a reply.



When I used yobit I sent a ticket requesting help from them and they only answered me 4 months later and on the ticket they said to wait for them to solve the problem and they would contact me and they apologize for the delay because the delay was due to the fact that they did not have much staff to attend many ticket support. well, it's been years and I've never received their ticket again

You are very lucky that they answered early.

Now, we have contacted Yobit several times regarding this issue as it is affecting quite some of our customers, not to mention reputation-wise. At this point we're doing whatever we can from our side, but the main point of contact still remains Yobit.

I also lost my money because of yobit, so I decided to quit yobit, see that I had sold my GPU to buy bitcoin and then bought a coin in yobit, but the next day yobit delist the coin because the coin dev was making spam in yobit chat, I bought for 400 satoshi and immediately the coin drop to 2 satoshi, they did not care about people who bought the coin, but this is a case I do not like to comment.

Get out of yobit and forget yobit.

It's possible that the transaction was really completed, but you did not receive because of the chain issue. Anyway, still double check with the explorer like @bhadz said.

If there will be next time, be sure to check the wallet status first before making any transaction (this applies to other exchanges as well).

 So basically what I'm about to say isn't a nice thing, but if the blockchain hasn't got a roll-back (we do have such system in place which kicks in after 72 hours if there is no progress on a transaction) in place after a long time out the funds will be dropped back to a pool for new mining. Personal opinion is that there is a chance that the funds are lost. Do have in mind that every ICO or even exchange for cryptocurrency is more or less stating their own rules and system. The main thing that cannot be changed is the transaction. The bottom line is keeping trying to contact Yobit until they have some reply on this matter. There is nobody else that can help out with this.

The problem is that yobit has this habit of not answering the support tickets from years ago and never improved and as I said they also never bothered to respond in their thread.


Believe me, I know. I've been using them for a few months one time, every other week I've had to open a ticket and wait for a few days to get a reply. That's why I've said that I offered to work for free to speed it up a little. :p

Well they're the worst exchange by far, I think most of us can agree on that, and I don't know why are people still using them.

Mate, I don't think there is something you can do about that than wait till when they send your coin and that is not guarantee. This why people are not advice to keep there coin on exchange. However, a lot negative comment was said in the crypto community concern Yobit since last year.

I Have seen so many complains about yobit, pointing out that yobit is a scam, check reputation section, there are so many transactions which are transparent for yobit to fixed but 1-3 working days takes a whole month and adds if they don't want to take action, I have not throw a vote into your poll because i don't wanna say some accusations without I myself Proving it. Check other option aside from yobit.

It's actually pretty simple. The following reasons are the most important;

# Exchanges more and more start to force people to verify themselves. Result; people jump into exchanges as Yobit.
# Exchanges more and more delist utter shitcoins. Result; people jump into exchanges as Yobit.
# Exchanges no longer list utter shitcoins as they used to do (also for legal reasons). Result; people jump into exchanges as Yobit.

In other words, exchanges as Yobit are going to become the kingpins amongst the shitcoin exchanges, and there is nothing that can stop this process. It's only going to become worse.

and it is unbelievable that there are still people who use this exchange that has already proven that they do not care about their customers. not even years ago yobit guys never bothered to answer their thread.

Yeah, they have the worst customer support. I even offered to work for free just to help out with tickets. Grin wait it out, eventually they'll get to your problem. Your best bet, after the problem is splved, is to switch to some other service provider. If they notice they're losing customers, they just might do something about the effectiveness of their support.

i withdrawal GAME (GameCredits) total 650$. be 3 week and i still waiting. yobit did not send. but write completed transfer.. my balance zero. i cant contact yobit bcz dont reply tickets. what can i do Sad
Forget about them.They're on their path to become the next Mt.Goxx provided they will do it with a warning "We told you ,you should have not trusted us".So remove whatever you have there while you still can.

Yeah, they have the worst customer support. I even offered to work for free just to help out with tickets. Grin wait it out, eventually they'll get to your problem. Your best bet, after the problem is splved, is to switch to some other service provider. If they notice they're losing customers, they just might do something about the effectiveness of their support.
Support ? They're even worst as an exchange altogether.I don't even know why people still trust them.How hard it is to just move all your coins and use a better exchange ? Well,there is no such thing as  a "better exchange".

It looks like YoBit haven't upgraded their Gamecredits wallet. They have the worst support in the whole crypto ecosystem so I guess the only thing that can be done is to wait and hope that they will upgrade their wallet soon and you will possibly be able to withdraw your coins again.

They are popular for not replying or having delays in any coins during withdrawals. But if it says that the transfer has been completed, have you checked it out if its confirmed in the network of gamecredits? Check it here https://blockexplorer.gamecredits.com/
If it wasn't on the network then the problem is really with yobit. There's nothing you can do now but to wait for their resolution, most of the complains here are taking so long and there are some problems that does have solution automatically without any reply from yobit.
