I check a lot of threads about this issue or those that are related to yobit.
it is already a reference not to use yobit if there is an alternative other than that

Having to Problem with Withdraw...

My Withdraw stucks to... 6 hours on ZEC now...
https://i.imgur.com/bkj8aJj.png

Deposite of BTC took ~2hours...

But now i wanted to take ZEC out it takes already 3x the time...
I already wrote a support ticket.. but no answer till now...

a PM to the ADMIN.. no answer till now...

i hope it just stucks... but its very curious that they dont even answer a ticket...
very bad support -.-

I want my coins out,
already loosing money cause of this Pending Withdraw situation...

Edit:
I just wrote this Post... and a Post on their Twitter Account..
and 5 Minutes later the Status on the Website changed to "Sending" and Confirmation 0/2 now...
but cant see anything incoming till now...
Ill wait a few hours more i think its coming later, but that was the last time for me and yobit...
i already lost.. money if i sell now or an unknown amount of time if i wait cause of the dumps...
(cause of low transfer time i bought ZEC, but it took more than 10x the time and it just isnt finished till now)

Thanks for a nice Christmas and nothing YoBit !!!

Was trying to transfer BTC to another exchanger after hearing about the "excellent speed" that LTC and BTC have relative to every other coin by several members, the others usually took around 10-24+ hours for me. The LTC still took around 3-6 hour so I figure lets try BTC. Worst mistake in my life.BTC was approved at the same pace as LTC(2-3 hours) but is now stuck in confirmation limbo at 0/2. If I knew this would happen I wouldn't have exchanged my XVG+another currency for BTC so it can transfer quickly so I can begin consolidating my XVG. If it worked out it would've increased my BTC by 2-6 folds, but now instead I lost my original investment of XVG which nearly tripled in price, BTC price decreased,  and now I'm not certain I'm gonna ever get my BTC back either due to the low Hash/B rate Yobit give my bitcoin.(290s)

It really sad thought that I enjoyed the Yobit exchange itself far more than the others, besides the high tax, but in the end, their lack of communication(not answering tickets) and slow withdrawal left much to be desired.

PS: In spite of many members claiming to get their BTC/LTC quickly, not a single exchange of mine finished as quickly as the other exchanger. Even comparing the other side BTC speed(Other slowest) vs Yobit Litecoin(fastest) it still a landslide of 30-2 hours vs 3-6 hours.

Yesterday i withdrawal  btc and tried to send on bittrex. Yobit is stuck on sending and there are 0/2 confirmations. There is also no way to cancel the transaction. I have opened the ticket, lets see what will happen.
If anyone else had the same problem please share the experience.

The conclusion: yobit locked my account because there were a couple accounts that shared the same ip (mine). They appologised for the slow response, so everything is fine Smiley

BTW: in the end, it was PM'in yobit on bitcointalk that got everything fixed!

so your problem is solved right now, did you? if yes, then i think its very useful and it will help other members if they have the same problem like you so they can follow your step to solves their problem. i think in every market exchanges, they really need to fixed their support system so they can handle the problem from their members with fast response and the members will get the best services from them. i hope in the future, it will not be happen again, for every members in every market exchanges.

There signature campaign is paying somethimes with some delay. Also never had this issue myself before with Yobit with any withdraw and have done some since few months. There support isn't always fast with answering but most of time you find someone around in the chatbox there. If there isn't any moderator online best to try after short period again.

I find their lack of support extremely frustrating.
I wonder why they have a twitter channel/bitcointalk user if they don't even bother to answer to PM's, let alone leave official tickets completely untouched for 7+ days Sad

Does anybody know the usernames of some of the support staff (in the trollbox or on bitcointalk?)

A quick update:
My transaction is still stuck (8 days now)
My support ticket is still unanswered (7 days now)
My PM to yobit on the forum is still unanswered
My tweet to yobit is still unanswered
I haven't seen anybody from the staff in the trollbox

I don't like their attitude towards support Sad

Sorry for the late reaction, just came back from a long weekend Smiley
Thanks for the great tips.

In the meantime, i've sent a PM to yobit on the forum, i'm waiting for their reaction right now.

I haven't seen a payout confirmation in my mailbox, and i'm pretty sure my mailbox is configured correctly, since i get yobit-spam every time they list a new coin.

As far as i can see, there's no way to cancel a pending withdrawal. I wouldn't mind converting the LTC back into BTC in order to withdraw them. I can always use a different exchange to convert them back in LTC... But i need their support to cancel the request for me...

I've been on the trollbox a couple of times during the weekend, but i never saw staff members online there.

I'm just hoping my PM will result in this issue being solved.

that there is the button to cancel withdraw, if yes, try to cancel withdraw litecoin, and repeat steps to withdraw litecoin, perhaps in a way that can solve your problem, maybe help you.

I have a withdrawal stuck for +24 hours, and my support ticket that i made this morning is still unanswered.
I visited their sig campaign thread, and found out the campaigners haven't been payed for up to 5 days (and their support tickets are unanswered to), and some of them also reported stuck withdrawals.

I'd like to open a scam accusation to make sure people are at least informed about possible problems, and maybe some of them can avoid losing their coins.

My main question: is a withdrawal stuck for 24 hours, and an unanswered ticket for 4+ hours enough to start a thread, or should i wait untill monday (risking some innocent people walking into a trap?)

You need to confirm your email before withdrawing, it will be pending until your dont confirm your email.

no need to confirm email to withdrawal on yobit.
just put you address and amount and click process
just waiting to process your withdrawal

Depends, if he enabled the email confirm on withdrawal then he needs to.

Or he can just convert the coin to BTC and withdraw btc if the wallet is bugged.

No he can't because there is no way to cancel pending withdraws.
And maybe he doesn't even want to trade it so then it isn't option.

I don't think they will respond soon enough with the support ticke you hae sent them. As I have said I think thy are not reading through every tickets or maybe they are just to bsy to reply soon enough to everybody. Your best choice is to follow Holas suggestion to go to yobit chat, I' pretty sure at some poit a staff of the will go online in ere or if not, ask those people in tere what time will they be on. Also try Pm'ing them here. There is no harm in tryig, Idon't know if they will respond since I haven't tried it yet. I hope you got your coins soon.

Best way to contact them fast is ask for staff in yobit chat.
And then tell your problem to them.

I'll try this... probably tomorrow tough (end of the day here... going home for the weekend Smiley ). I'm just happy i seem to be the only one facing problems, i was a bit worried because many people seemed to have problems (but those problems seem to be sorted out, so i'm pretty sure my problem will be solved to)
Thanks for the tip!

Are you sure you put the right full wallet address when you tried to withdraw there ?
You know even one lost character could making a problem.
Well... The status is actually still "pending", so it's still stuck with yobit... I am however sure the address was correct.

I just made withdraw of 0.015btc and I got it in my wallet instantly.
Maybe there is something wrong with their litecoin wallet?

I do see this when requesting a new withdrawal "Wallet status: Online (954610 blocks)", so it should be fine (if they didn't mess up their interface offcourse)

I also just made a 0.01 btc withdrawal as of now and it was sent imstantly as the usual.  Have you check their wallet address if it has enough coins to cover for your withdrawal? If I am not mistaken, there should be a wallet online notice on the withdrawal form if the coins can be sent or not. Yobit support has not been answering frequently also in my case. I sent a ticlet to them like 2 weeks ago and I only received a response from them today, maybe they are too busy to answer yours too. Have you tried contacting them through here?

This kind of support really s*cks... Actually, i haven't contacted them trough the forum, i only opened a ticket directly at yobit. Do you think they'll answer PM's?

I am pretty sure he would have just got some error message if he would have given invalid address.
And if it was legit address but just wrong address then it should be sent without problems.

Indeed.

The button of withdraw bitcoins for the Yobit signature campaign is working now and i just made a withdraw there. It's not the first time this button doesn't work for some time and then Yobit reactivate it and pays as usual.

happy to see some more positive news, however, my withdrawal is still stuck... I'll just wait it out Smiley

Is it bitcoin withdraw or some other coin?
Also I got my signature balance paid just now so no need to worry about that.

Edit: I just made bitcoin withdraw and got it in my wallet in 20 seconds.

It was an altcoin (Litecoin), but it's still "pending" as we speak (ticket still unanswered).

The fact that you got BTC out is a good sign tough, i'll hold of making a scam accusation. Thanks for the feedback!
