You need write to support on email.

Already been done a few times.. could be I'm just used to faster response times but I'm wary with crypto.. lots of scamming round these parts sadly, and often with oceans between the people involved so not much to be done when you do lose. That's why I never keep any major amount in any wallet I don't fully control.

I hope this is the right spot for this thread, but I'm just looking for community input on a situation I'm facing with YoBIT.net. My account was blocked yesterday without warning to me of any sort (warning would have allowed me to change my password and withdraw my funds, which would be standard procedure at all financial institutions typically) which has resulted in my inability to access my funds. I've asked twice that my account be closed and given a bitcoin address to return my account balance to, but so far there has been no transfer.

While I agree that blocking my account was proper action on the part of YoBIT, I'm having a little trouble answering why I was not informed and why there has been no effort to return the account balance to it's rightful owner. This is NOT an accusation that anyone is trying to keep my money from me, however I would think that returning it would be a top priority for YoBIT lest people start to feel that there is more to the story than a spammer hack. Fortunately I keep the bulk of my crypto in my own wallets, but these unanswered questions bother me somewhat..

Has anyone here had a similar experience? If so please share how it was resolved and/or any ideas you may have to help.
