Now I can advertise the exchange with tranquility, without fears to be deceiving people... Issues like that are normal, it happens, but the site service must help users to solve it to be transparent.

Not bad it only took 72 business hours for them to resolve. Since they are so large it doesn't seem that out of the ordinary.

Yobit isnt large..
They are large in comparison to the number of coins they deal with, and still in most business' 72 hours is a very fair response time. **Not counting weekends or holidays**

Wow, i guess poloniex is so small that even with a large user base they can resolve problems less than 24hrs..

as of 8:02pm est 5/4/2016 Yobit has officially resolved my issue. I would like to thank everyone that gave hopes etc.

I know parts of this thread it seems as if my coins had been stolen but it has been confirmed that changes are being
made at yobit at the moment that will be causing some delays for us. But I am definitally glad to announce Yobit Admin is on it and our issues are being addressed.

I will be leaving this thread in its entirety.

Again I would like to thank everyone that gave helpfull info and concerns. I know that there are quite a few of you that are still waiting for your issues to be resolved. Keep the faith, If you need to vent I am always here. (literally i think ive been logged in 4 days now :p )

I understand this. But honestly most people are only attempting to contact them via trollbox. If you go to Yobits official thread here you will see post after post after post about missing coins, missing deposits etc. Most of the recent problems began around the same time my doge was transfered by yobit to who knows where. (Other coins not depositing, missing coins, signature campaign not paying etc). And there Admin went AWOL.

I keep hopes high that this is in fact just an error. But now that EN trollbox has been officially taken over by spanish and currently even the ban happy mod domi is AWOL things are beginning to look grim.

The least this thread can do is let people see they are not alone (helps me to know that I am not the only one that they seem to have been screwed at this point). And who knows maybe a Yobit admin will acknowledge this thread and decide that its users deserve the situation to be rectified.

I for one cannot & will not have what at this point can only be considered STOLEN from me go without even a word from my mouth.

Just deposited 0.15 BTC about 12 hours ago, all good.  Also deposited 0.5 BTC about a week ago.

I would NOT try it with the coins mentioned here.

1 New PM to Yobit (Total of 3 PM's) 1 stating initial Problem, 1 stating Problem & transfer, 1 Stating Now LTC are gone.

Have not asked in yobit.net chatbox for an admin today or asked anyone to refer admin to this thread. Will Ask for an Admin a few times today along with posting a link to this thread.

If you want to help me and others having these extreme problems with yobit put this thread in your signature etc. The only thing we can do is continue to try and contact Yobit admins and hope this will be resolved. The more eyes that see it the more likely we will get action by a Yobit admin.

So please spread the word about this thread. I am not trying to bash Yobit in any way. Yobit is doing a great job of doing that itself. as I have stated. I HOPE THIS IS AN ERROR. Man I am sorry to hear that it is looking worse and worse. Well keep the faith everyone, its all I can do. I can only vent in this thread post well updates on how no one is viewing PM's, support tickets and whatever recent banning I have been given for looking for an Admin.

Oddly enough like I said I was given a chat ban until the 5th, but someone removed the ban and I am able to post again. I asked 2 or 3 times today If blacksmith or admin is online... Nothing. I asked if anyone could please pass this thread to an admin if they see them online (I did this 2x total today. I am not spamming. I have only asked for an admin 2-3 times today and posted a link to this thread 2 times. Maybe 3 but pretty sure just 2 times. And I was not even banned for it. Mind you I was banned initially over and over for just asking if an admin was around. (I also PM'd yobit here 1 time today with details about my LTC being moved within his system... Offline since 30th as seems to be the start date for a mass amount of people not receiving there btc from Sig campaign, frozen accounts, Missing deposits & the normal WALLET in maintenance)

I am only explaining everything for transparency reasons.

I am still in hopes of this being resolved and Yobit just having some form of holiday at the worst possible time for many people.

Again as I state in every post I AM NOT TRYING TO BASH YOBIT. I want to believe this is an error and this will be resolved.

So it's another day and still NOTHING from Yobit. Yobit still have not viewed ANY of my support tickets. All pm's at yobit to blacksmith & warden un viewed, pm to Yobit here not viewed.

Can't even somewhat feel like I havent been robbed. Someone at Yobit needs to resolve this ASAP.

Currently back @ yobit (ya they removed my week ban imagine that but have NOT viewed 1 support ticket, PM etc. I still have 0 coins and NO ONE at YOBIT has been in contact with me.

(Currently @ yobit asking if admin is around every 10 or so minutes. Yobit Chat mod dominikherzog is online So asking for an admin will most likely result in another banning. Still would like to know who un banned me from chat but has no balls to resolve my issue or even acknowledge it)

I have never recieved any response from support myself either.
Like the EGC wallet beeing on "maintainance" since last week.
All they need to do is download the blockchain again ... but nope.... no response.

Not even sure if anyone is aboard the ship.

This is getting quite upsetting. My week ban has apparently been removed. I have asked 1 time if An admin, blacksmith, warden were around. It is just rediculous that I am afraid of asking for help from an admin in fear that I will get banned from more than just chat. Even more fucking ridiculous is I have to worry about getting banned while at this point Yobit has STOLEN money from me.

This is getting ridiculous. There has to be someone who can get ahold of these people for me. Since I have been waiting I have watched Yobit take 9k+ Doge from me & 25ltc. All can be viewed via blockexplorer. Not one of my damn coins has deposited to where I can access it. Only apparently Yobit can and they have moved them.

One last Yobit post. Too fucking sick and tired to sit and watch chat asking for an admin every 10 minutes. To eventually get banned. So instead posted a link to this thread. I am getting pretty sick and tired of playing nice. I think I have been pretty damn good about watching my coins disappear while getting banned and ignored by every single support chain Yobit has.

I'm aware of it and I too noticed that something is missing from my yobit balances.

I remember buying XNX coin and the BTC gone missing and so the XNX.

Maybe they have some issues with their website.

I also have problem with yobit my coin is still not showing wallet have delayed status issue its been 2 days now, the previous coin that I have stuck from yobit wallet and doesn't appear anymore, now giving yobit a chance it happens again, I don't know what are the plan about this wallet maintenance but maybe it help us all here in the community if this yobit owner only post here in this thread about the ongoing problem.

Nope no tickets have been even viewed as of yet. My PM's on yobit are still also unviewed. But I am at least hopefull that this is still just a bug and they will resolve since Yobit has not been online here since the 30th.

If anyone knows the admins at yobit PLEASE let them know about my issue. Like i said, I am not trying to start anything nor bash yobit. I just want this problem resolved.

Thanks. I really would like to but I could also see getting banned for abusing pm's if they want to dodge me. I have sent PM here to Yobit, sent support ticket, sent PM on yobit to Blacksmith & warden, tweeted them.

I deposited 619 TES to yobit wallet, but never appeared on my wallet, i sent that from bittrex wallet, I contacted with both exchanges, Bittrex sent coins successful, but Yobit never gived me a solution, no refund, tickets never replied and many other problems

I still believe this to be a valid reason, I'm a bit surprised you didn't include it in your OP

I did not include it initially because initially I did not want to say theft. Yes i changed Topic later to reflect the DOGE transfer. i am not trying to bash Yobit.net . As I stated numerous times, I LIKE YOBIT. ITS ACTUALLY MY FAVORITE EXCHANGE. I felt it was better to let them explain to me what is going on. But yes the BAN for asking for an Admin for help resulted in me posting this. I may not have waited the entire 24HRS but I can guarantee once any of you dont see your coins deposited and yet see them transfered by yobit to another address you too would be here looking for answers and saying fuck that 24hrs. i understand about system transfers but that still makes 0 sense considering if you look at my yobit wallet via block explorer the doge coins are GONE. they have not just been swapped to some cold wallet. (i still have a 0 balance for doge on block explorer. And my wallets are not dead. they are used whenever coins are in them. So for them to transfer the coins out of my wallet behind the scenes is still a shady move. If my wallet reflected the 9k still it would be one thing but it is 0)

I am not trying to argue with anyone. Those that want to respond telling me that I fail because I did not wait can continue to do so. Its not your money that has disappeared. If you have a problem with me being concerned about my coins ($$) then just don't respond. This thread is not started trying to BASH yobit or harm it in any way. I just need this to be resolved.
There isn't much of an argument going on, a wallet sweep is normal and many users understand that exchanges need to sweep the wallets to condense coins and to protect them by moving them to cold storage, this process is automatic and if you look at your deposit address every coin that you deposit after a certain period of time gets swept.

As for coins not showing as deposited, that occurs also, API or a cron job that lags can cause this, did the LTC and Doge deposits occur around the same time? If so then there might have been a server problem that just didn't see the deposit hit the account.

I am also not saying 24 hours is the maximum time you need to wait, that's just the minimum time to expect any sort of reply from a large company, that if they were experiencing a server error with recording deposits you were not the only one who would have made a report. I'm having trouble moving about 3k from a coinbase wallet, its the weekend I understand that the earliest I'll get a reply is sometime on Monday.

You are saying that you want a reply from yobit as to what happened, after they pop up and say yes this error happened will you then say well fix my deposit? Seeing as they haven't gotten to your ticket yet the reply would be no, wait until your ticket is acted on. Yes the coins are yours but a risk you take when sending coins to anyone is a delay in deposit caused by any number of errors.

I completely understand. I have 0 faith in the support ticket system. i have 2 tickets from 2016-04-07 &
 2016-03-26 that are still unviewed and unanswered. They were general support tickets so they have 0 priority in there ticket system so.. All honesty the un answered unviewed support tickets had NOTHING to do with me posting this. It was the panic of the doge and the thought of watching my ltc do the same along with being banned. But for me hearing they will get to the support tickets is kind of a LOL thing. I don't doubt that my support tickets will be answered but if they go in any form of order then I am looking at over a month till they see my doge & ltc tickets if they still havent seen the ones over a month old. (as support tickets go, if you sit and read yobit trollbox for even 30 mins  you will see countless people asking about outrageously old support tickets that are still unviewed and unanswered). Again this is just a failure in the support ticket system. I blame NO ONE for that as anyone who has worked in a large customer service position knows that a shitty ticket system = shitty support. (so does a shitty support staff but I like Yobit so ill give them that benefit of doubt and call it shitty ticket system)

As for trading on Yobit, I want to say this is just an ERROR, but i have no idea and trying to get this resolved myself. It is the first time anything like this has happened to me on there site.

For all those that say I yelled for help too fast I understand where your coming from but you honestly need to see where I am coming from. I want nothing more than this to be a simple bug and resolved so I can remove all this post. I honestly love the exchange. I truly could care less about the chat ban. I am not there to chat.

Anyways. Waiting for yobit. Site is great. got my fingers X that my favorite exchange just got a little buggered with my deposits.

Now I did not start this thread as theft or mention it. I did not put the doge transaction down because I did not want anyone to jump to the theft thought. So in other words if you guys seen your coins literally disappear in front of your face you would sit back and say. Oh man, its been 20hrs better just give them a few days so literally every coin i have can disappear.

If you see what I see wouldn't you also be concerned? I tried to not say anything about the doge and get an admin as fast as I can before my LTC disappears also. I am not trying to start anything. As i said I hope this is all a complete misunderstanding as I do like yobit.

If you all see what has happened to the doge deposit you can understand my urgency about the ltc. If jumping the gun because i watched my coins disappear into another wallet makes me into a liar then I don't know what to say.
