That’s not the problem with Yobit alone.
There is a sharp rise in the transaction fees for all bitcoin wallets operated online. I think it is related to the increase in transaction costs plus these wallets may enforce some extra charges too which we overlook for being negligible.

It is not very surprising. Almost all the exchanges are increasing their withdrawal fees now. I suspect that rather than trying to increase the revenue, they are trying to discourage the users from moving their coins to somewhere else. Just a few days back, I saw a post here claiming that Kraken increased the withdrawal fee to BTC0.0025. That is just insane. $7 for a single withdrawal?

IMO more and more exchanges will start doing this soon - they're trying to stop people from abusing them by using the exchange as a wallet to contain loads of dust inputs for them.  With rising fees some people will try to exploit services like exchanges to get around it.

Oh well, YoBit was always a terrible exchange.  Nice to see a new incentive for people to leave.

You could use Bittrex, but they have fees of 0.001 these days.

Poloniex has a low fee but I don't trust them.

If 0.001 is too much for you though, you're probably not a serious trader anyway.

thanks for the heads up.
i think i need to go around in all exchanges that i have an account on and check their withdrawal fees. they all seem to have changed it recently.
for example bittrex used to take 20K satoshi for their fees but i found out yesterday that they have increased it to 100K. and now yobit to a 150K! things are getting out of hand with these exchanges.

Oh, bad news. As user above mentioned, few weeks ago they increased fees from 0.0005 btc to 0.0009 btc, and it's already was high fee. Agree that 0.0015 is too big fee. But I noticed that many services (including exchanges) increasing their fees, which become very big. Now not many exchanges have low fees and there are no guarantees that they will not increase it.

Oh that is very high fees now. A few days ago when I checked then the price of them was increased from 0.0005 to 0.0009 BTC but this time they increased very high. I think 0.0009 BTC was enough for them to keep their fees of withdrawal as already many people are leaving them and now they increased the fees.
You are right that many people are leaving then like I am leaving them today and they already have many accusation for their payments and they also got a red trust from some DT members. yobit was a very nice exchange but they have a lot of problems and they do not care for that problems.

Today one of my friend call me that she have withdraw her bitcoins from yobit and at that time she noticed that yobit increased their fees of withdrawal to 0.0015 BTC. That is very high fees for me and now I am leaving yobit. I will search for another one instead of that exchange. What do you suggest to me?
