Yobit is famous to generate a new coin without any fundamental, background. Even there is coin called Coronacoin in Yobit exchange. OMG, this is the last way of making money for the old exchange.
Nothing has changed to them. Even with the April Fools of Coinmarketcap, they've fooled a lot of traders again. The Toilet Paper Token, look how quick they are in making no blockchain coins/tokens.

i think is the reason why they got bad reputation and people calling them as a scam because they dont reply to simple queries   but at the end of the day yobit is still standing strong  .

That's one reason but if you haven't heard them all of this time, I think you have been missing a lot from them. They were called as bad exchange because they've been generating coins that they manipulate and were not even an actual crypto, no blockchain, not PoS not even PoW or any other consensus.

It's basically a money out of thin air and fools the investors.

The support thing made them labelled as worst.

Yobit has the worst support customer service among the all crypto  exchanges. Last time they have responded to the ticket which has been resolved 2 weeks before their answer. Better to accelerate the ticket with contacting the Yobit account on forum.
It's impossible that you will get a response quickly or at least expedite the ticket by just contacting their forum account. They're only active if they have marketing on the forum. I haven't looked at their profile and their last login but it wouldn't help at all.

They don't see the problem with their contact support, they have at least heard the voice of their users and improved it a long time ago but nothing happened.

It's impossible that you will get a response quickly or at least expedite the ticket by just contacting their forum account. They're only active if they have marketing on the forum. I haven't looked at their profile and their last login but it wouldn't help at all.

They've been known because of that behavior on where they dont answer support tickets ever but there were users that do say that issues had been resolved out without any notice.

We know on whats the reputation of yobit into this market but there are still few whom do trust them.

There are lots of better options or section in terms of exchangers and if we dont like to experience headaches then better to avoid this one.
I do recall some of those lucky users that were helped by them but they were very few unlike those that complains a lot to them, the numbers are growing and I don't think they have plans to give help from those users.

Just to resolve the problem that they have, the user that's affected is the one that should adjust and that is through leaving them and choosing a better exchange that gives support to their users like Binance.

I've read some people who tackled the same problem and luckily they were given the favor but this time, I don't know why they didn't help you but they've replied to you because it is known that it will take time before they give you a feedback.

Maybe they help the same problem before because they know they have a campaign here that need to be protected and it will damage thier reputation if they dont solve that problem that time.

You've just dug up an old thread but it seems that you have the same concern. Anyway, Yobit isn't that much responsive as other exchanges with the problems of their users. They have a lot of bad reviews and you probably are not aware of it.

Try contacting them through their chat box and see if the dominikherzhog guy which is the chat moderator will see your complain there. I've seen him lately responding to the people there but there were times that he's not that approachable.

Next time, you should at least try to read up on when this thread being created and its been 2 years already so dont expect for op's response to this one.
Going back on the issue about deposit problems in Yobit then this one isnt something new yet this shady exchange do have lots of problems in most users.
Try to search up on this forum alone and you will surely find lots of complaints not only on lost deposit but also in withdrawal as well and this is also
a hive of most shitcoin which are being used in pump and pump plus having their shady IEO and coin listing.

Do they reply within a week? Most of the complains are saying that they are not replying and others are taking for more than 4 months.

I've read someone said even for 7 months there's no reply from any of the yobit team.

Sir, I have Deposit 0.19ETH 49days ago to my ETH deposit Address here in Yobit, The Address was Updated before I deposit. The Transaction was Successful with etherscan record that Yobit recieved the ETH but not appeared in my ETH account Balance.
I also sent a ticket to Support since that day i sent my ETH but No Response until now.
I think the Transaction was tru Smart Contract, I am sorry but that is My 1st ETH Transaction so i dont know about it. Sorry for my Mistake. Sir, I hope you can Help me.

Just got an answer on FB from @yobit.support
Here it is:
"Unfortunately, this is a general error with our exchange , and after we checked we found thar your transaction TXID has not been verified on our network for the unknown reasons
to fix this problems you have to refresh your transaction network by new deposit of 0.1 BTC and all your stuck amounts will be solved
when you are able to make the deposit contact with us to generate a new address and link by your account .

Just got an answer on FB from @yobit.support
Here it is:

Hi,
I am having a similar problem. I sent ETH from Yobit to MEW - but the status is showing "In process" for the past 12 hours. When I click on the transaction - it gives this error "The requested URL /en/trade/undefined/undefined was not found on this server". Tried raising the issue with support with no response.

Bro, 20? You gotta ask them to unlock the deposit manually like I'm doing since 20 days or more now, with multiple tickets and PM to dominikherzog and matveevka. You send them the message with explanation and the txid of transaction and let's keep praying. My ETH was only $120 but still it was everything I had because I wanted to start in crypto and I just chose the wrong website to start. So now I'm back at 0 without any possibility of multiply my money or anything...just my luck. Your mistake is that you are not very careful in doing the transaction.
indeed some exchangers are willing to accept coins in withdraw from other exchangers, but some can not
to overcome this, you should try to move funds with a small amount, then if the transaction is successful, then you can move all your assets

Indeed I already claimed I'm stupid. But gosh, they should assist us, get more people working on the support thing or something!

I created a support ticket on 28.12.2017 - but I also haven't got any answer... Sad

please tell if some of you have been able to recover the funds...

btw, I made some positive experience with the yobit support in the past... but now, they seem to be really bad....! Sad

Why have you been blocked to their facebook page? As far as I know they don't have facebook page and I guess that page that blocked you doesn't have any connection to yobit.

Good thing I thought you fall for that scam. There are people who are using other's establishment's name just for their own sake of collecting money easily.

Don't give up because you have to keep sending the support ticket until you get the reply, i know the pain of losing those 200$ hard earned money. Better contact all possible ways to reach them.
He's doing it but because of there are too many people who keeps on complaining to them everyday, his ticket is being covered by another ticket and supports there can't dig that much.

Get away from Yobit, I lost 200 dollars there, they are sloppy and their customer support does not exist!

they actually replied now both to support ticket and private message with dominikherzog, but still no second answer about unlocking my eth... he just told me not to trust other pages other than the support because they are scam, except for the twitter one.

Why have you been blocked to their facebook page? As far as I know they don't have facebook page and I guess that page that blocked you doesn't have any connection to yobit.

Don't hope for their account to respond here in forum. They are only replying when someone posts a scam accusation against them when it regards to their delayed withdrawal.

I doubt this will work, too many tickets that are sent to them everyday asking for their help but only few were checked and being helped.

Have you tried to chat some of their admins on their chat box? I've seen a greened named on their chat box and I think that's one of their community manager / admin or moderator.

So if reached out and he noticed you there, you have some hope mate.

But I also noticed that others have made the same mistake and YoBit support manually accepted the transaction. Can anybody help me from the inside? Anybody from YoBit in here?

I just don't know how come you did a mistake for a simple getting of deposit address and there is noticed too about contracts. But since it already happened, then no other things to do but to wait. Yobit have bad reputation in terms of handling support and you just increase the impact of the problem because of the mistake.

Hmm what's this? Yobit's minimum deposit if 0.05ETH. Proceed with caution. Id rather wait for weeks even chances is low for them to respond rather than to fullfill the required amount on the deposit. We are also not sure if the deposit address that will be given are really come from Yobit itself.

Well, you are not the only newbie who did that mistake. Just did it myself, I was in a rush, had no idea about the Yobit contract ETH disclaimer. Previously I transferred ETH from Bitstamp to Binance without any issues, I just assumed it was the same with Yobit.

I sent a ticket, but based on their reputation, I understand I should just get used to the idea I lost some money.

Please post if any of you who did the same thing had any luck in getting their ETH...

Well, you are not the only newbie who did that mistake. Just did it myself, I was in a rush, had no idea about the Yobit contract ETH disclaimer. Previously I transferred ETH from Bitstamp to Binance without any issues, I just assumed it was the same with Yobit.

No exchanger I know  doesn't support deposits to smart contracts, but the other exchangers for example cryptopia help their customers to get their funds back without any problems. Yobit seems to have one of the worst support system so the probability is high for losing wrong sent funds. But I also wouldn't give up.

yes, i totally agree with you.

I didn't know, that yobit has problems with bitstamp eth contracts. That i found out recently on this forum.
But, you know, when something unusual happens, then you start looking for answers.

Hope that this problem will soon be resolved.

I tried to contact them tru: official support, mail, this forum and facebook, but for now no response at all. Embarrassed

For 20 days? Really? You sent numerus tickets and that's the reason why they are not getting to your complain, they are receiving thousands of the same problems and you are doubling yours so that will not help you out.

Just do what OP did and for sure that will help you with your stuck deposit. As it has been said before that don't use them anymore if you don't want to have problems with deposits and withdrawals.

Is there something I am missing out on why every one with these deposit problems are using smart contracts to perform simple deposit transactions?

Anyway, look in yobit chat and wait for support to show up. They will reply for sure if you see them.

what deposit chat??? the one at the right is for members only and I can't write because i have 0 coins. I used to buy bitcoins to transfer to binance, this time i wanted to use eth because the fees are lower...but little did I know that withdrawals from bitstamp are actually free...so I'm twice stupid. And I didn't even know smart contracts were used to transfer coins? I thought it was a separate concept use for indeed CONTRACTS...

you must immediately submit a complaint ticket to the yobit support team and provide proof of your transaction such as tx hash and withdrawal screenshot of your bitfinex account. just send us 1 ticket and wait for the reply from them. there is no guarantee your assets will come back, but there is nothing wrong with it to try.
