There are coins that are not listed to CMC and some were just tired and can't pass the form that CMC displayed on their webpage.
It can also be a reason that the certain devs of those coins aren't capable to pay the listing fee on CMC. But I agree that most of the coins on yobit are pump and dump coins. And if you lost your money on an exchange and you legitimately lost due to your negligence in trading, I think it's your fault.
