but on chat  of yobit is a very active moderator: Dominikherzog. Maybe he can help or at least fasten your support ticket. PM him directly on Yobit with all relevant details (Coin, link to transactions ID and date of transfer.)
I don't think he can help out with the withdrawal. If I recall, there is also someone that tried to PM that moderator on their chat but he can't help when it comes to withdrawals. He's also a moderator through the entire chatbox and he don't have any access for the withdrawal process / queue. His main job is to filter unnecessary chat and spams on their chat box.
Yobit is slow, but still no scam for my experience, so I hope for you, that they will refund you.
Just get rid of them and choose a better exchange that has an active support and does have a lot of good reviews.
Those guys are only chat moderators and same as you said they have nothing to do with withdrawals or they don't have the control but somehow they can able to follow up admins regarding on withdrawal system. We don't know if they would able to remind them out or not but for sure they don have the power on those things which is somehow pointless for us to say regarding with our issue.Yobit is already known to be a shit exchange and people still using it.
Yes that's what he can do, to report those problems about withdrawal to the withdrawal process team or whatever they are calling that department. We can't blame the people for using them, others are confidently using them because the problem is not existing for them so they keep on supporting that exchange. And for some that experienced the worst exchange with their entire life, they should be shaken and wake up that they must leave the exchange as soon as possible.
There are really still people who do make use of this site which as you said they didn't even experienced on having troubles with the exchange but in most cases most of users do really have trouble towards it and not only that Yobit is being known for a coin to be easily listed which its easy to operate such pump and dump scheme specially to its developers.Basing on my experience I'm already done with this exchange.
I used them for awhile before but it's for a very short amount of time. I'm visiting the exchange when I want to and I've seen people who are very active in the chat box and it seems that they are not experiencing some problems. They are convenient using this exchange and its them, not us. We do have our own satisfaction factor and they are very satisfied with it. For those that don't want to experience others that are complaining just listen to the warnings and choose a better one.

withdrew ABY from Yobit, but because they set too low commission the transaction did not pass, wrote in support on the same day, but they did not answer anything, the blockchain ABY had long ago rejected the transaction and the coins had returned to the account of the yobbit, support continued to be silent , it's been almost 2 months now, they just stole my coins!

there are still many people with a similar problem, they just steal money

do not use Yobit!

Yobit has had many problems and many scam accusation from people who lost money or waited for many months to receive their funds.
It is not that I don't believe you but this is not proper format for scam accusation, even that screenshot is not showing timestamp when it was taken.

Currently Yobit plays trust in cryptocurrency users. The crypto exchange Yobit is one of the largest platdiv for the exchange and sale of cryptocurrency currencies. But nowadays there have been early indications on the internet that the method used by Yobit brings a lot of harm to its users. It is exactly as many people say that the truth will come into being by itself.

It seems, that it was still possible to withdraw, but due to yobit's failure it returned. You didn't get an answer on support ticket, but on chat  of yobit is a very active moderator: Dominikherzog. Maybe he can help or at least fasten your support ticket. PM him directly on Yobit with all relevant details (Coin, link to transactions ID and date of transfer.)

Thank you for your advice, if Dominikherzog is reasonable moderator, maybe can solve this issues, slowly but hopefully successful

YObit is total scum DONT INVEST or EVEN BUY anything. They scumed me two times. First in SXC coin when they disabled withdraw and made me to sell SXC coins far less than usual price (in cryptopia) and then, they created lizza named fake coin and started ponzy system and now lizza trade is disabled also.
DONT EVER TRUST YOBIT
I lost about 200$ dont because of them.

Yeah. Unfortunately if you use yobit then you just have to prepare to be ignored by support if anything goes wrong.

It's definitely their fault for not sending transaction with enough fees, that caused the network to reject the transaction. They still have the funds as well, but their support is still crap that they can't do anything about it.

Keep on waiting, i've seen people come out with these sort of complaints that gets resolved after months or even a year. Just need to get lucky.

actually
the real problem on yobit is we must keep focus
u know too many trading pair still opened but , in the fact we cant wd/deposit of that token/coin.
like this case. they cant wd aby because the blockchain not update.

did u know what this mean ?
yobit is not listed anymore to "aby" exchanges.
maybe because they , i mean yobit,
never update a upcoming forks , but they still open trading pair.
so this mean, u can trade the coin but u can't deposit and withdrawal the coin.
sad to hear that,buddy.
too many people got a shit from yobit.
never recomended this shit exchange.

This is probably the most appropriate answer for you, I will not say "never trade at Yobit," but consider and exchange in Yobit when it is needed.

Receiving a single email from them would be a miracle imo. There were problems that have been solved without hearing any words from the support. Anyway, other than your ticket, try to share in their trollbox, it sometimes helped as others said.

Despite the fact that several threads were made here complaining about yobit (whether deposit or withdrawal), there are many people who still use it. However, for me, considering all the issues and poor support, better option is to stay away, "prevention is better than cure".

Edit: As I look into it, I saw the post of First.Bitcoins (quoted below). Your withdrawal seem to work during the time you requested, though not successful, but I'm not sure if it would still work now because of the wallet issue. If the balance was returned in your yobit account, why not trade it to other coin first before moving out of there.
Yobit has never upgraded their wallet after we enabled SegWit, though we and others have repeatedly asked them since November. We have posted on this forum and our own many times about this.
