The banned account apparently has advertising in the avatar, so it looks like you
were trying to get a reward for plagiarizing content.
Also, stop whining and begging. Permabans are permanent, and unless you're not guilty of doing something there's going to be no second chances. How many times to people have to tell you that?
It won't be unbanned. Create a new account and don't do the same thing again.

Why not? That's what everyone else does.
Because as one of the most respected mods here, people look to you as one of the loudest forum voices. If staff are explicitly endorsing that people evade bans, the battle is over. Even if they do it anyway, it shouldn't be suggested as an option by staff. Especially not you.
I would also add this: I had a boss at the place I worked at, and it was obvious he didn't give a shit about our patients and just enjoyed his sinecure as a rehab director where he could stay in his office all day and order clothes from Amazon. That's demoralizing to the staff who worked under him, and it's the same thing here. You're a leader here, whether you like it or not or whether you agree with that. If you've thrown in the towel, at least don't let these fucking spammers and plagiarizers know that. If they eventually get banned for evasion, they'll point to this thread and argue that staff told them it was OK to create new accounts.
