Buying and selling should be constant thing for the real bitcoiners. They always buy and sell something and keep their activities on the market. They do not just wait around and spread around foolish words.
no that is not for real bitcoiners, this is just trading, real bitcoiners should never exchange bitcoin for fiat, but they should support it, by spending them for goods only, the dependency of fiat is another factor that is causing the decline of the price

Yup, trading isn't for everyone. Trading actually can make you pretty uncomfortable if you're not accustomed to the stress and the possibility of losing money. If you want to be part of Bitcoin and don't know how to trade successfully, it's already a big deal when you actually put some money into it.
