hey dude, i think its just a bug,why they'd scam people while they're still doing a signature campaign, im on this service too and didnt find any serious problem uptill now

you are so right, mate!

we have also recently finished a crowd funding campaign. Why would anyone in their sane mind ever consider doing something wrong whilst offering shares and raising funds on a crowd funding platform??

it is quite frustrating to see such unreasonable accusations, not because if feels bad, but because stupid attacks like that damage the search engines reputation and may confuse people

Finally my "order is successful" for 66.97 euro after over 15 hours of pain.
Now i'm wondering what e-coin.io will do to compensate me for my financial lost of over 18.03 euros. With monthly salary $200 (around 160-180 euros) I'm feeling robbed and I believe that E-coin.io should load the rest into my card. I'm still wondering what will happen if it's not 85 euros, but 850 euros or 8500 euro. Hey e-coin.io is this how you do business on internet by scamming your members with cheap manipulations of your system?
To load any card is sometimes taking three days, but informations about ecoin cards are very poor,is this  debit or prepaid and change the pin by phone call

Card load takes seconds.

What information is missing, what details can you not find which you need?

PIN can be obtained via e-mail from your account page - it only takes ONE click. PIN can be changed at any ATM supporting the function.

If you ever have issues, please, write to [email protected] rather than post  incorrect/incomplete information and confuse people

I understand your frustration and anger, but i don't think this is make them scammers.

I use their services for the last 3 months and i had no problems so far.

Maybe it was just a bad timing i guess.

On the other hand, their support system is far from good, since they take them so long to anser any support ticket.

Look I do serious business over internet and i have 2 kids, wife and dog at home.
I work hard for my bitcoins, and when my customer pays me on 1btc = $400, but i can't exchange on same rate or close to it, it hurts my finances and my family budget.
Hopefully you understand that i won't say to my customers "today bitcoin exchange rate is really bad pay me tomorrow please" , neither my bank tells me "we are closed today because exchange rate is too high".
We're talking about company and business here, if e-coin.io strives to be legit company with many customers and do well in business, they should have 24 hours support and all of their services in working order.
Otherwise they will be very close to those financial pyramidal structures from the past, where website/payment processor/whatsoever works well for 2-3 months to an year, and at certain point the owner/owners decide that they run away with customers money. Can you tell me the difference? Usually most CPA networks start with "delays" in their payment cycles and they finish when the owner run away.
So maybe after "Service unavailable - Try again later", if the exchange rate is not good enough, we may see "E-coin.io is under construction" or something similar.

What about those people who bought their bitcoins for over $1000 per bitcoin some years ago.

And what about the people who bough homes or more than they are worth? That is basically what you are complaining about. If you want a service like Bitpay.com that pays direct in cash to your bank then use a service like that. If your holding the BTC you are speculation that the BTC is better than the: EUR, or USD, or what ever. You may be right you may be wrong.

Hell what about people who bout the EUR some years ago when it was worth 25%+ more to?

Your EUR or what ever changes price by the sec to. Heck for the month the EUR has lost about 2% of its value.

Just to ask what FEES do you pay e-coin? How do you pay them to keep you up 24/7?

I would also like to ask who sold you on the idea of direct BTC payments, because I am wondering if the properly educated yo on what a BTC is or what you are actually taking as payment?

Look what i'm talking that its extremely unprofessional to "block" your services when the price of btc is not on your side.
If we follow your logic, i should go to bank when $1 is 1.775 BGN (my national currency) and they should tell me "Excuse me mr. Genov we can't allow you to withdraw your funds from your account right now, because exchange rate is too high for us". Do you want to convince me that its something normal. What if i had $10k in my e-coin.io, do you think that financial lost of $2k is something normal and i should say "oh ok, their system doesn't work again, i'm screwed". Obviously we're talking here about exchange rates financial scam, my lawyer has enough experience with such "exchange rate" scam tricks. If i was aware that their system didn't work at that time, i would go and exchange on local-bitcoins or some local dealer.

Here is the thing: was the NOT AVAILABLE deliberate or an overload of the system? I saw every thing from Blockchain to many other services momentarily time out when the price surged.. it happens, as most system see the SURGE of traffic as a DNS like thing. As you point out here that delay can cost you money, but it is also atypical of peek prices as every one that never  logs in tries to to SELL, and over loads the system.

I am not sure I would say SCAM

This is how using curacy exchange works. And your traction is to TRADE BTC for EUR. Most places offering this say it can take up to 48 hours to do the traction, particularly at peek times if any step is manual at all.

I have this happen all the time with an FX Broker I use BTC with. Between the time I do the transfer and receive the credit in both direction (in or out) the price of BTC changes. Some times it is against me and other times in my favor.

While you may feel scamed, you actually want it to work this way. Because if they do PRICE fix they eat the loss, or receive the gain. If they eat to many losses in the interest of customer service they go broke and fail. Where if they always give you SPOT at time of completed transaction all is sound.

As for "..already contacted one of my lawyers and his opinion is that its some weird type of financial scam." Is this "lawyer" experienced in BTC and conversion of curacy?
