The minimum withdrawal amount that you can withdraw via Skrill is 10.00 USD equivalent and the maximum withdrawal amount is 10000.00 USD equivalent, so this is a little bit restrictive, but on the plus side, we might get loads of new Bitcoin users and the exposure to more popular mainstream platforms that accepts Bitcoin.

So unless the ability of withdrawing your funds is added, we shouldn't be that excited.

Regarding the number of users and merchants around it, it will be only benifical for Bitcoin !
In 2011 only, the company's customer base reached 25 million, including 120,000 merchant accounts, what about 2018 !
